911 Wildlife

After finding an area with what very much appeared to be racoon scat/ latrine on the exterior of our vacant home, we called 911 Wildlife to come and investigate the property/house. The woman that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She was able to schedule an appointment to have a technician come and investigate within less than 48 hours. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and inspected the exterior and attic of the home. He did not find any evidence of racoon or other rodents in the attic. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. It was a relief for me. I appreciated their quick response, kindness and professionalism.

We heard something in the attic, scurrying and scratching sounds. Gave 911Wildlife a call andJohnny came out within the hour. He confirmed presence of possum from feces in attic. Hegave an estimate of $400 for guaranteed removal. He found the likely entry point for thecritter and installed a one way 'door'' and blocked other possible entries. Over the course of a few days the sounds in attic ceased, but started noticing a terriblesmell in the kitchen pantry. Johnny heard scratching sounds in pantry wall and feltthat the critter was trapped wall. He installed a rope from attic rafter down into thewall to allow the possum to climb out and hopefully leave the house. Johnny made 4 or 5 separate service calls to handle the problem and was finallysuccessful. He was courteous and profession and 'on time' for his appointments.I recommend 911 wildlife and Johnny very highly. He left his cell phone numberand said to call him directly if problems arose since the work was guaranteed.

I contacted the company on Wednesday morning after I noticed a foul odor and many flies swarming around the outside of my home. A sickly stray cat I'd been trying to care for had gone missing a few days before and I just put two and two together. It was a sad and stressful situation that needed to be handled promptly. I spoke to Bonnie on the phone who kindly took my information and booked me for an appointment the at 9AM the following day. It was storming heavily the next morning. The serviceman (Johnny) contacted me to say that he didn't think he could make it out at the scheduled time. This was totally understandable considering the nature of the work and the inclimate weather. I told him I was flexible. I asked him to contact me later in the day once he was open and to give me at least 30 minutes notice to meet him at my house. This did take longer than expected because he was heavily scheduled and I became a bit concerned he would not make it out that day. However, the serviceman came through and made it out to my house around 6:15 PM. Once he arrived, the task was performed swiftly and efficiently. I did explain the nature of the situation on the phone the day before, but found it curious that he didn't seem too prepared to deal with climbing under my home to remove the body of a decomposing animal (bugs and all). This however did not affect his ability to perform the task in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely use this company again but hope I never have to.

It went wonderfully. The young man spent over an hour in my attic, on the roof and around the premises. I was very pleased with his knowledge and his work.

They never returned to remove the one-way gate or to follow up with us on the situation.

It went very well and I would do business with them again.

The tech was professionally dressed, showed up on time, and had the right knowledge and equipment to take care of our issue. The squirrels were evicted without harm using a one way door, and about a week later he closed up the area where they had been entering. He pointed out other areas in our home that could be potential animal entry points and let us decide whether to handle those ourselves.

Randy came by and did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. He was clean, friendly and professional. I could also tell he enjoyed what he does and loves animals of all kinds. He addressed my concerns and told me my house was in great shape and he found no evidence of any animals entering my home. He told me the thumps I heard could be the house settling or critters on the roof. He also told me what sounds I could expect to hear if an animal does someday get into the attic. I was not charged for this inspection. I would definitely recommend 911Wildlife to anyone with animal troubles.

We are so thankful to this company. We had been using a pest control company to help with raccoons and they proved to be ineffective. We were so relieved when we finally called Wildlife 911 and the problem was taken care of quickly and effectively. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended!

Marcus came out and assessed the situation which was normally only takes a couple of days to complete. However, this was one persistent raccoon and even after we removed the babies to a "reunion box" on the roof she proceeded to tear another soffit vent open only to take them all inside again. Marcus was extremely diligent to continue coming out going way above and beyond to get the animal evicted. After many sweaty trips to the attic and using loud music and lights she finally moved out last week. I've learned a lot from the experience and I and my neighbors are going to replace all our existing cheap soffit vents with some heavy-duty wire. As a bonus, he also gave me some great tips on how to apply beneficial nematodes on my landscaping to help get rid of ground dwelling insects.

Noises from the attic sounded like something was stomping around in boots up there. The technician was great. He had viewing equipment that could see into the tangled carpentry that is the bones of our roof. He removed nesting materials that an animal had gathered and sealed the entrance that the animal had used. There was no danger to any animals because of the removal. He had to climb up to the second floor exterior for the repair. Fast and thorough service was delivered.

Problem solved! Well knowledges about animal problems. Very sensitive to first make sure thre was no nesting before closing the entrance.

Dealing with this company was a great experience, which began with the owner. Without realizing it, I called 30 minutes before their published opening hour but she answered the phone right away and scheduled a tech to come to our home that very morning. The tech and his helper were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, and spent nearly three hours on the inspections, installing the covers, and setting the mousetraps throughout my attic. They offered to return once a week (or more often) to service the traps for an additional fee. We have not heard anymore noises in the attic since 911 Wildlife was here. The cost of service was exceedingly fair, too. Overall, this is a company with which you want to do business.

The receptionist was very responsive and helpful. They came to do a full house inspection for pest entry. They were very thorough and left no stone unturned. Very knowledgeable.

We had a family of squirrels living in between our first and second floors. Jeff came out several times when we had different things going on like the mom squirrel not wanting to leave through the one-way door and was chewing up our house. We could not tell exactly where the babies were so we had to wait until they were old enough to go outside to lock them out. Everything is quiet and peaceful now.

We haven't had any problems since. Their price was very good in comparison to other places. The guys were friendly and they showed up on time. They were willing to go the extra mile and explained what they were doing.

It was a great experience. They were very courteous and professional. I estimate they spent about 45 minutes on the inspection. Ultimately, we determined that no animals had been getting in the attic but that my minimal insulation was allowing me to hear them on the roof. Because of a scheduling error, they did not charge me for the visit. I would have gladly paid since the scheduling error didn't really have much of an impact on me.

They were excellent. What stood out about them was their professionalism. They wore shoe covers inside my home, he explained every step of the process and he made follow-up calls. It’s been a very good experience. Their price was very reasonable for what they did.

I had been hearing noises in my attic, so called 911 Wildlife to remove the animals and block entrance to the attic. Jeff was the individual that came out and he gave me advise and also blocked access to my garage from underneath the house to prevent any animals from access to the attic. He also explained the process of using one way doors to let animals out, but not back in; just in case I decide that blocking the access to the garage was not sufficient. Jeff was very professional and courteous and I would absolutely recommend him for this type of service. Considering he was at my house for 2 hours, the charge of 50 dollars was extremely reasonable.

I called them Monday morning describing how what I thought were squirrels had entered my attic and were running wild. They scheduled service for 10am the following day. Two men arrived and I explained the situation and showed them the point of entry. They explained it was probably not squirrels, but could be raccoons. Then they continued their inspection around the outside of the house, pointing out a spot near the roof where smaller animals might enter. They inspected the entire roof and chimney. Next they inspected the attic, searching for any signs of animals or animal activity. No animals were found. They proceeded to fix both entry points so no animals could enter again. Overall they did a great job, very efficient, friendly and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The 911 Wildlife rep on the phone as well as in person were both extremely knowledgeable and professional the entire time.

They did a wonderful job. I did find them on Angie's List. It was a very good experience. They were very professional. They were polite and courteous. They also guaranteed for a year that they would put a mesh if another hole happens and that they would come back and fix it for free. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Everything went well so far with no skunks returning under the house but we still need to treat the lawn.
