It went well. The technician was professional and courteous. I have not yet had the recommended work done, but if I decide to do so, I would go with 911 Wildlife.

A rat was caught two days later. I recommend them for their professionalism, detailed services and the reasonable costs.

So far so good. We believe the squirrels are gone. The flashing and other covering just went up today. I put the Fresh Cab in the attic/garage and set some traps. They warranty the potential squirrel entry points they covered which is nice. No warranty for the mice/rats even if I had them set the traps but that's okay. They were friendly, very patient with all my many questions, gave their recommendations and helped me choose a path that fit my budget and had a high probability of success.

I just had the service today and I believe the issue will be resolved. He gave me great advice on preventing future problems and detecting future problems I have never dealt with this issue before, so I believed 911 initially until I started talking to friends who encouraged me to have it checked out. again. With the coupon for 911 I did not pay much. However, they thought putting out traps was enough to resolve issue. I am disappointed in the thoroughness of the company. They were friendly but I would not consider them knowledgeable. He told me there is no guarantee on rats either. The new company guarantees their services for life. So, if you have a rat issue think about before using 911. I will say that they asked me if I wanted the setup package or something like that. He said it guarantees most work, but not rats. So, I said no. He said putting three traps in the attic would fix the problem eventually, but it could take up to six months. I will be curious to see how many rats are caught by the current company. added on 1/19/14. I will update this once I see how many rats I really have.

Wildlife 911 scheduled an appointment the day I called them and phoned 30 minutes before the arrival time to let me know they would be a few minutes late. The service technician was professional and courteous, did a thorough inspection of my attic (which had become the home of a raccoon and some rats) and my roof, located the entrances the creatures were using, and gave me an estimate of services. I had many options, but went with the full treatment which insures that the attic will remain creature-free, with a 10 year guarantee. They humanely removed the raccoon and made it impossible for it to return. They did set some traps to be certain that any remaining rats would be eliminated. I recommend them for their quick response, professionalism, detailed explanation of their services and the costs.

I'm a widow who lives alone in a home surrounded by lots of trees. In 2009 I called 911 Wildlife because I found a snake skin in my attic. The technician who, promptly, arrived made a thorough investigation but he found was no sign of the snake nor was there any sign of any wildlife in either my attic or my home. I was quite satisfied with both the technician and the rate I was charged by 911 Wildlife. I've lived in this house for twelve years and we never had any other wildlife problems until May of this year when I started finding droppings in my house. I have an exterminator so I called him and he put down some glue-pads. However, then the rat cleaned out all the cookies in my kitchen drawer, managed to work his way off the gluepad and, unfortunately, died behind my couch without my knowledge. I only discovered him when I suddenly had to kill over 150 flies due to the maggots who were eating the rat. I, again, called my exterminator to ask for help in ridding what was, obviously, a severe problem---there were still LOTS of droppings . The exterminator said he could put down glue-pads and rat poison and I was not very happy about that response: I KNEW that I needed a professional "critter removal" company and that's when I called 911 Wildlife. Within two days, Marcus arrived to give me an estimate and I was so glad that I DID call 911 Wildlife because Marcus was wonderful. He scoured the entire house---inside and out---I never expected that I had so many problems. I must admit that, at first, I thought the estimate was too high but, after seeing all of the critter entries and the size of some of them, I realized how serious this problem was. Marcus found areas that were very large and it was obvious that the rats were, easily, entering the living-area of my home through the walls from the attic. They were chewing into clothes closets; there were droppings in EVERY room of my home; they were eating potpouri and my house plants; and, there were droppings on the toys I keep in a play room for my Great-Grandchildren. I was overwhelmed by it all but I felt so confident watching Marcus and Juan, as they worked---I just KNEW that when they were finishe I would be free of this invasion. Both Marcus and Juan were so warm and understanding---they went above and beyond to assure me that there would be no more problems when they were done. Marcus even gave me a wonderful tip about keeping mice and rats out of my home and he was right---it worked! I've passed that tip on to all of my friends and family and it's helped them as well. Though the cost for this entire job was more than I expected, it was well worth it because this is my home (as the saying goes my "CASTLE") and I chose the best company to fix it. And, by the way, there is NO sign of any animals inside my home or in my attic. I sleep much better now and I have a ten year guarantee from 911 Wildlife that no squirrels or raccoons will gain entry through the material installed by 911 Wildlife. I can't say enough about Marcus---he is an extraordinary, young man who is not only a masterful professional; but. also a kind, courteous and thoughtful young man who went out of his way to make sure that this 82-year old widow would now feel secure in her home. I am so very grateful to him and to his Company and I thank them both---I am wildlife-free!!!

He seemed very honest. He did not have any recommendations at the time. I used them as a second opinion (I used another company previously that was recommended by the city and that company actually sealed attic holes, etc). I will use in the future.

Removed 3 raccoons that were in our attic, cleaned up the things they leave up there, and repaired the chimney.

He put in two one way doors to get rid of the squirrels in the attic. He reinforced vulnerable spots and installed a new turbine for us.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I was absolutely blown away by the compassion shown by Nick, the technician, who went the extra mile to save the life of a small squirrel that had fallen into my down spout and gotten trapped by accumuldated debris at the nearly 90-degree joint. When Nick came out, he assessed the situation, dismantled the drawn spout, cleaned out the debris, and found the squirrel, which was breathing but barely alive. He rushed the squirrel to a wildlife rehab center and called to tell me that the animal appeared to be suffering from hypothermia but was responding to warmth. Nick then returned to my house, reassembled my drain spout, and installed screens in the openings of that drain spout and another one to prevent future problems. Nick, you've restored my faith in humanity. Thank you.

Greg was very professional, polite and seemed like a nice person. He showed me pictures he took of the entry points for rodents and such. He said it was rats and that they were very difficult to get rid of. He did go down a couple of hundred dollars on his estimate, but I still paid $550.00 for him to repair the entry points which only took a few hours. I have no idea what the problem is but I wish I had never gone with this company. $550 may not be much to some people, but to a single mother living on a budget it's a lot of $$$. The thing is, it did not stop the activity going on in my attic and walls. It made absolutely NO DIFFERENCE. Right now me and my cats can hear activity up above. I called and told him and he said he would come and set a couple of traps and put out a repellent. But, iif there are still entry ways AND THERE MUST BE...setting traps is not going to get rid of the problem. The rats will still get in. And, they are not on the roof, I can hear them in the attic and sometimes in the walls. He did come back and set two traps and put out a repellent (?) then a couple of days later came back and said there was nothing in the traps (somehow I knew that was what he was going to say.) The repellent might have done something, because for a couple of days I did not hear much activity. That was Sunday (it's Friday night) and I have not heard from him since even though he said he would come back Monday or Tuesday and one way or another make this right. I guess I've given up hope on him solving my problem. No, if rats are your problem, I would not use this company. I feel like a fool paying that much money for something that did nothing to help my problem. :( When I do find a company that gets rid of my problem, I will be so happy. UPDATE: THE OWNER FROM 911 WILDLIFE CALLED ME SATURDAY AND WAS SUPER NICE. SHE SAID SHE WISHED SHE HAD KNOWN ABOUT THE SITUATION AND WOULD HAVE SENT A DIFFERENT TECHNICIAN IF I WANTED. HE MIGHT FIND SOMETHING THE OTHER TECHNICIAN HAD MISSED. SHE ALSO SAID SHE WOULD REFUND MY $550 I PAID. SHE WAS REALLY NICE AND STOOD BY HER COMPANY, AND YOU CAN TELL SHE WANTS TO MAKE HER CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND SATISFIED. I WISH I HAD CALLED HER SOONER. UPDATE JANUARY 31, 2014 Yes, 911 Wildlife has a very professional, kind owner and nice technicians. Since my refund of the $550 she sent two more technicians out and they have tried a number of things to get rid of my rat problem. She has not charged me any more money! The thing is?I would have gladly paid to get rid of these rodents and the unbelievable stress they are causing me. Right now I can hear scratching and scurrying up above me. Last night hey were in the wall where my headboard for my bed is and loud enough to wake me many times with a stand alone fan on HIGH. I have gone up he ladder to the crawl space attic and set a bowl of ammonia hoping to get a little peace after a long day at work. It's not working. My cats are going crazy thinking the rodents are in the closets instead of behind them in the walls. AND, this constant noise is NOT on my roof, it's in the attic and walls. I would gladly pay someone to please, please, please come get rid of my problem in the attic and walls. I think at this point I may have an infestation. I feel so helpless and it all seems so out of control. I have a two story house and know that it's not the easiest house to work with...if it was, I would be up there MYSELF trying to solve this problem. 911 Wildlife may be awesome when it comes to getting rid of squirrels, raccoons, etc., (from the reviews it sure sounds like they are really good at that type of thing) but like their technicians said to me?rats are hard to get rid of and they are smart. I am giving up on 911 and going with another company that I have yet to find, but I will not give up. I'm not going to let rats live in my attic and walls. I can't live with this going on?life is hard enough as it is. There's got to be someone out there that can help me with this problem.

We didn't buy anything, they said that nothing needed to be done but they were amazingly good.

We called 911 Wildlife and scheduled an appt. to have our attic inspected for critters. Their technician, Marcus Stephens, came over a few days later and thoroughly inspected our property inside and out. He found entry/exit points that rats had been using to access the party in the attic. Previously we had a regular pest control service come out but they did a half-a** job of patching up the holes, so the rats once again had access to the attic. He sealed the access points the right way. Marcus used an infrared/heat seeking device to inspect the attic from inside of the house. He was able to eliminate the possible pest based on the symptoms (noises, habits, etc). He was very professional and offered us a lot of advice. In the end, he only charged $50.00. I highly recommend them for any critter problems. Leave insects to the pest control companies.

Greg was very thorough and professional and extremely nice. No pressure to do the work but he obviously knew what he was doing. After he finished he explained everything again, showing us exactly what was done. Looks great and no noises since. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are wonderful, do fantastic work and are super to work with. They are in business to take care of their customers and do not try to take advantage of the customer (as others do). Excellent company...we will definitely refer them to others.

It went great. We had Greg, and Bob two very nice guys!! They were always prompt, they worked really hard! They were at our home just before 8 in the morning and did not leave until around 330p. It was a typical hot Texas August day, and those guys spent A LOT of time up in the attic. They would crawl out of there soaked, but never once seemed unhappy to be doing their job. They both gave us lots of information about raccoons, and different other animals. I enjoyed their stories, and hearing interesting facts about other animals. They cleaned up the icky things that animals leave, went around the entire house and sealed off any possible other entries, installed a one-way door on the chimney (our raccoons entry point) and did several other things in the attic to make the raccoons not like it so much. The raccoons left that night, and we have not heard them since then. Greg has been back several times to check on everything. He will be coming back to take the one-way door out and finish repairing the chimney. They guarantee that they will not be able to get back in for 10 years. (Through any point that they have fixed). I really liked this company, and the people that work for them. I felt very confident hiring them, and I will say they honestly earned every dollar they were paid. It was a fair price for some very hard work.. I really appreciate you Greg and Bob!

they were friendly and professional, and took time to educate me on the critter behavior. it was a little more expensive than i thought it would be, but I think was in line with others that don't use poison. i can't use poison, don't want to kill any of the nieghborhood cats or dogs, or any of the wildlife like hawks and raccoons.

The technician was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use the service again, if needed. In my case I was fortunate that the animal was not living under the house. The technician gave me suggestions on how to remedy the problem.

Every spring the birds would build nests in our bathroom vents that had the flaps but not the mesh. This past spring, a squirrel built a nest in a wood, decorative column on our porch and had babies in it. I like wildlife and it was the best place possible for the squirrels to have built a nest in our house, so we let the babies grow and move out naturally. After spring was over, I decided it was time to take action to keep the wildlife out of our house. After reading reviews, I trusted 911 Wildlife to handle these issues for us and I am so happy I did. Everything went great from start to finish and the work looks great and I know is functional and will do its job. Very nice receptionist answered the phone on my first call and promptly scheduled an appointment-- no delay in booking a date. The employee that came to my house diagnosed, suggested fixes, provided an estimate for my approval and started work right away. He was very professional, courteous and very competent at his job. Great communication. I would defiantly have him and 911 Wildlife back out for any service they offer. Also great pricing and value in my opinion.

Responded promptly found the problem and seem to have it dealt with it. I was a little bothered by the fact that their receipt offered a guarantee against future entry but then excluded it. Personnel , however, were very helpful and urged us to contact them if we had any further trouble.

After looking at websites for several of the providers, I decided on 911 Wildlife as they appeared to be very professional, well trained, and humane. Bonnie called me to discuss my raccoon problem. While it wasn't something they could help me with on site since the raccoon had not taken up residence, she provided ALOT of information which was helpful to try and deter the momma raccoon and her babies from visiting my house. Not only did she email me some literature, but she explained their habits, den count and radius, the problem with relocation, etc. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

A band of squirrels were having a non-stop party in our attic. Once 911 Wildlife determined the party goers were out for the day, he installed flashing over the chewed-through holes under the eaves of the second story. He also checked the entire house for other doors to the party. He was very polite, friendly, hard worker and was attentive to not disturb the freshly installed landscaping with his ladder!

It went well and I could not ask for better service. I would not hire anyone else. He checked back in with me two weeks later to see if everything was still OK. And, Randy even took precautions to ensure that the squirrels would not be able to return.

Bob did excellent work! He was punctual, thorough, and very professional. I am very pleased with the work that was performed and now have peace of mind that the squirrels will not return. I would highly recommend 911 Wildlife!
