Services we offer
Fast, affordable & humane eviction of Raccoons, Opossums, Squirrels, Skunks, Bats, Foxes, Snakes, Pigeons, Sparrows, Starlings, Beavers, Armadillos & More. The professional staff of 911 Wildlife is dedicated to solving wildlife problems quickly, humanely and permanently for a reasonable price.
We knew that we had squirrels in the attic during the colder months, but when the raccoons moved in, we knew we had to come up with the money to take care of the problem! A friend had spoken highly of 911 Wildlife previously so I gave them a call. It only took a few days to get the technician out and he started to work immediately. We have a two story house and the pests had made multiple entry points in the eaves. I felt at first that the price was a little high, but after the squirrels proved to be very persistent and Armando had to come back out several times, I realized that it was not bad at all for what I was getting. I'm very grateful to him for fixing the problem. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, they did a great job.

We started hearing "bumps in the night" and had a bad feeling about what that noise was. We called 911 Wildlife to have them inspect our house for access points and get rid of any creatures they found in our house. They were concerned, based on our description of noises and the time of day we were hearing them, that it could be squirrels or rats. They didn't find any damage (thankfully), so they installed a couple of one-way doors in the area they thought the squirrels may be. This is very humane - the squirrels can exit the house but they cannot get back in. This obviously doesn't kill them and 911 Wildlife will wait if they think there are babies inside so the babies don't starve. They also installed a couple of rat traps in our attic, where they thought rats may be. They sealed all the other areas they thought wildlife might enter. I was surprised to learn rats only need about an inch-sized hole to get into your house. A couple of weeks later, they came to remove the one-way doors and check the traps. We had a rat in one (gross). They removed the rat and made sure they didn't find any other entrance points they needed to secure. They have a great warranty and we are very satisfied. No more bumps in the night!

I used 911 Wildlife several years ago at our old house. We had all kinds of squirrels and tree rats in the walls and attic. They set traps in the attic for the rats (which worked) and went all around the outside of the house sealing any entryways. It worked! Never had a problem again. I called them to our new house to perform the same services. Will was running ahead of schedule, so called and asked if he could come out a bit earlier, which was fine by me. He was super personable and friendly. He listened to the problems we were having, then did a thorough inspection of the house. Found many possible entry points all around the outside for nasty little critters to get into our walls. He filled in the cracks and holes, put in new screens and a vent cover and set traps in the attics for any current unwanted residents. Fingers crossed for a rodent-free winter! I like working with 911 Wildlife, would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future if necessary.

-I took time off work to get this done, so being there as agreed by any provider shows if they value your time and business. (I apologize for any typos in advance) -I originally used another company that I searched on the web and after not being punctual twice on the same day and 2 1/2 wks of no results and lack of followup on their part same problem, this is what made me call the City of Dallas who referred me to 911 Wildlife. -911 Wildlife, were always professional and courteous they called me about 30-40 minutes ahead of the original appointment time to advise the tech was on his way and was delayed a little 10 minutes and sure enough it was only 10 minutes as promised so in my book they were punctual. When Bob arrived he attentively listened to my situation and urgent need for a rapid solution. He already knew where my problem was from my call to them and was prepared. After he heard my situation/problem he advised me what he could do to resolve my problem. He then went up on the roof using his ladder (the other company didn't even care to take a look, no ladder) he inspected the chimney. Looked around the roof areas for any other signs of entry from any pest. He came down and also while on the roof explained what to look for and preventive measures. He then requested to inspect the inside of the chimney for any other signs of any other young wildlife which after inspecting he advised there were none. He then went into the attic after coming out and checked around the house for any other signs/points of entry and as we walked around the house he would take time to stop and advised preventive measures. Bob also recommended (but was never pushy) there services to install the recommended mesh to keep future pests from trying to reside in my chimney which was not originally discussed. He went ahead and treated the chimney area to resolve my problem, which to this day has worked as advised. I elected to take the additional service to install the screen advised which i knew I would not have time to do, so he advised he would come back the following morning with all the material required for my chimney. I asked if he needed me to be there he advised only if i wanted too but it was all outside work so i did not need to miss work again if i didn't want too. I felt comfortable not needing to be there. He called when he was on his way as he advised he would. He did what he needed and called me back when he was done and advised me that my fire brick was real hard and this was the first time he had to go through a few drill bids to make the holes to secure the screen so he had the need to go get more. He called when he cam back and finished the job. He removed my mesh that I originally installed which the raccoon ripped through with it's bare claws and disposed of it also. Bob with 911 Wildlife was professional, upfront, no pressure or scare tactics just straight up and was very knowleadgable of what he was doing. I was very happy with my overall experience with him and it appears he services all around the D/FW area.
Description of Work: My review is way overdue but better late than never. -Bob, with 911 Wildlife Inspected Chimney from the roof and inside the house to make sure if there was any young Racoons hiding in there and also inspected the attic, around the house for any signs of any other location where not just racooons could hide but also if there were any signs of squirrels or mice. Bob installed there suggested natural application to keep the Racoons from coming back, which to this day has worked remarcable. Provided advise for preventive measures to be taken in areas where any of these would be prone to hide or seek refuge around the house in all areas inspected including the roof since my room has multi-levels. -In addition I requested the additional service to provide and install the required screen suggested by them on my chimney to keep further wildlife from entering the Chimney. This is part of the total cost noted above material and labor. I wish i would have called on them first. Now I understand why the City of Dallas uses them and referred them.

We had a family of raccoons living in our attic. We knew they were entering through a gable vent they had pried open. We first tried another "pest control" company who simply put several traps up there and nothing more (ie no repellent spray, one-way doors, etc). These racoons had obviously "been around" and were not falling for the traps at all, so we called 911 Wildlife to see what they could do. Armando came out and gave us a quote (which I thought was a little high, but their services were none-the-less effective) to install a one-way door, seal up some possible alternate entry holes, and once the racoons were gone, seal up the gable vents. We agreed and he came out several days later to install the one-way door. He also threw some ammonia-soaked rags into the attic as well as hung a bright work lamp up there to encourage them to move on/relocate. Once the mom left through the one-way door she was unable to get back in (she did try getting back in several nights, but we were able to shoo her off without her creating a new entry point). About 5 days later we began to hear cries from inside an outside wall, called Armando back, and he came out the next day to remove a litter or cubs and relocate them (I had to help him take a side panel off our house so he could reach down into the wall to grab them. He was very professional and careful to not do damage to our house and helped me nail the panel back up after he got the cubs). He then sealed up the gable vents with some thick mesh wiring and we have had no issues since. Not sure where mama raccoon went, but she has not attempted to get back in our attic since, nor will she be able to with the how well Armando sealed up the gable vents. The price seemed high to me at first, but Armando went out of his way to rid us of our pest problem and in the end the price paid was well worth to get back to quiet nights of sleep again. Overall, the raccoons were an ongoing nuisance to us for 3-4 months, UNTIL we called 911 Wildlife and the problem was resolved in just over a week. Definitely recommended.

My (Ft Worth, TX) attic was turning into a safari park when both squirrels AND raccoons decided to move in. Bonnie from 911 Wildlife sent Will to the rescue. He sealed off all their entry points except for one which included a clever one-way exit door for them to leave through (one door each for a squirrel and raccoon size). I will admit to being skeptical (thinking trapping or other more extreme measures would be needed) and the wait began. By the next day a couple of frustrated squirrels were on the outside trying to figure out why they could not get back in. It was one more night before the raccoons ventured out and the following morning I went outside to find them both puzzling over their blocked exit (too bad I can't post a picture - they did at least still manage a smile for the camera). Now, two days later everyone seems to have moved on....I'll keep you posted. In any case, should I have unwelcome critters in the future, 911 Wildlife will be the first on my list to call. I'm very happy with the service.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When squirrels managed to dislodge one-way door, they came out and fixed it very quickly after I called them to let them know that I still had squirrels in the attic. Professional job on the patching and sealing of the openings. Have had no issues since. Am not sure on price as I do not know the "going rate" for this service but was worth the money to remove all critters from the attic.

Will repsonded promptly and was very thorough in gathering all the details of the problem. He provided excellent explanations for what he would do . He took his time. He came back on the weekend when new critters were discovered and was comprehensive in problem solving (e.g., using a motion sensor camera to document critter movement). He was always courteous and listened and explained everything. He was in it for the long haul as needed to solve the problem providing humane solutions as a priority. We definitely recommend this company and Will in particular for this kind of help. Of note, there charges are the best on the market in my opinion.

Ian inspected everything to determine what needed to be done, gave me a quote, came back to do the work (which took several hours as he had to seal off all possible entrances into my home--including the faucets, holes chewed in the facia boards, soffits, and more), and left me with traps to put in the attic. He called twice to follow up on his service to make sure I wasn't hearing any more scratching sounds coming from attic. I was pleased we solved the problem before the rats chewed my wiring or caused other damage.

We chose to have them do the work. There was no hard sell involved. The young man that did the work was Nick. He was very knowledgeable of all types of wildlife that can get into your attic. He explained what could be done to eradicate our problem and to keep critters out in the future. They do not harm the animals in any way that they have to remove. Nick was able to start the day that he came out to do the inspection. He was very nice and professional. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. This is a very honest, trustworthy company and nothing like the impression I got from the others that I had contacted.
Description of Work: We had a raccoon and her babies in our attic. When we tried to block her initial entry point, she just find another entry point. We tried all the suggestions on the internet of how to discourage wildlife to stay in an attic (ie left lights on in the attic, loud music, etc.). When we gave up trying on our own, we contacted several companies advertising that they remove wildlife. Beware some of the companies that want to charge for every little thing that might come up. 911 Wildlife is not like those other companies I called. Bonnie (the owner) answered the telephone. I gave her the description of our problem. There was No pressure to use them. I like companies that handle their business in that manner. I ask that someone come out, do an inspection and give me an estimate of what needed to be done.

911 Wildlife was a joy to use. A skunk had taken up residence by burrowing under our slap foundation. I tried all the Internet solutions, Skunk Away, ammonia, brite led lights in hole, all these thing did was drive the skunk out of the hole and she would dig another. Frustrating! Called 911 and they came out that day. The night before skunk had sprayed my wife and dog. Yuck! They installed heavy wire mesh around the entire slab with a one was gate foe the skunk to get out. They took extra care not to damage plants and shrubs and raked the dirt and mulch they dug out back into place. You could not even tell they had dug anything up! Skunk is gone baby gone. Well worth the money. Highly recommend

I called pest control (already paying for this service) and was told there were rat droppings, but it was VERY old, so there had been no activity for a long time. He said there was currently no squirrel activity. It is very hot in my attic, so I am sure the squirrels probably will come back when it is cold. Anyway, I postponed the service because I plan to have the soffitt and facia boards the squirrele chewed on replaced with Hardey board, which will make it impossible for it to chew through.
Description of Work: The technician inspected the inside of the attic and roof. He informed me that there was rat droppings and squirrel droppings. Based on this there was activity up there. He provided an estimate that included traps for rats, charge to remove squirrel, charge for one way door, charge to block off holes the squirrels made, and potential entry way for squirrels. I did not want to pay for addressing potential entry ways for squirrels to enter or trap for the rat, so the rest of the estimate came to $575. He also said there possibly a bee infestation in the chimney.

The squirrel was inside an inaccessible area of the attic. It is not possible to access from the main attic space or outside, except by the squirrel that chewed a hole in the roofing at the ridge of the house just above the soffit/overhang on the end of our house 34 feet off the ground. He would run down the soffit to get to this odd area of the roof structure. After watching for him I saw him enter at the ridge area and then poke his little head up and look around at the nice view he had. I called 911 Wildlife and they came out the next morning at 9 AM +/- a few minutes. The technician was well versed in squirrels' habits and set up a one-way doorway for him to exit but not be possible for him to get back in. No harm to the squirrel other than his pride. the technician also looked for any other way into the attic and blocked off several with metal sheets. I need repairs to my fascia boards anyway, so no harm. The wood will be replaced where the metal sheets are currently applied. I will get contractor to put metal behind the wood so even if the squirrels chew through new wood they will hit metal on the backside. Next day the squirrel is pacing a little bit up and down the ridge of the house wondering why he can't get back in. He would go to the one-way door apparatus a few times and tinker with getting in but to no avail. I called the technician to ask about the possibility of there being babies inside my attic. He said, based on the activities of the squirrel I described to him, no babies were in the attic. He said if there were, the squirrel would be quite a bit more agitated than I was reporting. That was the last time I saw the squirrel but the 911 Animal technician came back as promised and removed the one-way door apparatus from my roof and patched the area under it with metal as promised. I am happy with their service. The cost is not small but the job was done on 2 to 3 visits which are necessary for the tasks I had them perform. Considering the travel intensity to the job site and that it is 34 feet off the ground on the roof - it is understandable.

I called 911 Wildlife for my brother (who works a bazillions hours per week) who had raccoons living in his attic. Nick was running slightly behind schedule but called to let me know and did not leave me hanging. Once he arrived, he spent approximately one hour inspecting the attic, yard, garage, and chimney for signs of any wildlife inhabitants. He provided a written estimate of all work to be done with a price breakdown per item. Once the contract was signed, he got right to work. It took several hours to complete the initial work. And, once they are confident that ALL critters are gone from the attic, they will come back to remove their trap doors and repair holes made by the raccoons and other animals. Plus, I really like that they provide a 10 year guaranty of their work. Nick was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about his work. Would definitely hire them again, and would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Inspected attic, yard, garage, and chimney and then provided recommendations, complete with a breakdown of pricing. Installed two one-way trap doors where the raccoons were gaining access to the attic; repaired & secured the chimney cap that had been blown off; plugged holes / points of entry in the attic where rats/mice were gaining access.

A squirrel had come down my chimney and was inside my fireplace. I called the city of Plano animal control to come out but the squirrel disappeared by the time the officer arrived and she told me I would have to call an animal removal company if it came back. When I saw the squirrel again I called 911 Wild Life. Bob Helton came out and checked the fireplace and chimney outside and told me I needed a new chimney cap and some minor repairs to the exterior trim. He offered a few suggestions for removing the squirrel (which had disappeared yet again!) before the chimney was closed off and repaired. Later that evening the squirrel came back again and was trying desperately to get out of the fireplace (thank goodness for glass doors!!). I called Bob again and he said to leave it alone since it probably would just sleep in my fireplace that night. Apparently it was ill or injured because I found it dead inside the fireplace the next morning and called Bob to remove it. He felt really bad since he had been unable to find the squirrel earlier. I appreciated his concern for the animal - we were both trying to resolve the problem without hurting it. Sadly, that was not the case. I used the 10% coupon for Angie's List members which reduced the cost of the removal. 911 Wild Life took care of the problem efficiently and I could tell Bob was very conscientious about not hurting the animals he was called to remove.

Scott and his coworker were great. They were very nice and took care of the problem quickly. They freed the bird, a Starling, and added some screening to prevent this from happening again. I am very impressed with 911 Wildlife. The office handled my phone call with expertise and they were able to give me an appointment for the same day. The bird was making a lot of noise trying to escape, so I really appreciate them arriving within about two hours. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by 911 Wildlife. 911 Wildlife did an excellent job! the gentleman that came to look at the problem was very prompt and courteous and was even able to show me the squirrel actively entering the attic which I had been look for a couple of weeks. The gentleman gave me a quote while on the initial appointment and scheduled a time to complete the work. They sealed all entry points (6+) and the chimney with Metal so as to deter any future entry and also put in a one way door so that the squirrel we did have could leave. I was very impressed with their service and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arose.

Worked around my schedule. Everything done as they stated and when they stated. Although the critter proofing stands out when looking at the house, it is doing exactly what they said it would. I'll have some adjustments made to the visual effect when I find a handy man I wish to use.
Description of Work: Traps for large and small critters. One way door installed and removed after 2 weeks, critter proof back eaves of house.

They worked with us in payment as we did not have the full amount at the time and were very professional and knowledgeable. We learned that squirrels will chew electrical wires as well. :-(
Description of Work: We had squirrels break into our attic through outside vents. They inspected for them inside and them installed very good guards over all the vents to insure they could not get back in.
