Amazing company. Yamil really knows what he's doing! He was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry to get an estimate, came on-site shortly after, and was easily able to identify what needed to be done (actually needed, without trying to upsell us on stuff we didn't actually need at this very moment being on a budget) in order for us to have a properly functioning AC/heating system (that was done poorly by the previous contractors before we bought the home). We now have AC/heat in 1 room that was getting zero air previously, and they properly set everything up to ensure the longevity of our current AC unit is maximized. We couldn't be happier. Best price and do d not have to wait weeks for someone to show up!! Came same day gave me quite and when I accepted it gave them a deposited instal was started and completed the next day!!!

My HVAC stopped cooling when outside was 100+ temp . Their technician came in and did the refrigerant fix for 1320 $ which was guaranteed to be working for 2-3 years at least as per the technician in the first visit . He suggested the option after thorough pressure checks in system .. I paid for sealant too . BUT the freon again leaked in 10 days and it was back to same state... he visited again second time and now asking for evaporator unit replacement for 4800$ .. Not at all satisfied with the work that was done ..This seems to be common process for them to lead to unit replacements completely. Also, no evaporator coil replacement was suggested in the first visit stated as per their reply . Looking for refund of my money which they had agreed to me on phone just an hour back at 4:00 pm CST today

I called the 1st of my 5 suggested Angi's List [soooooo EZ to use!!!] contractors @ 7:38 am Monday morning-not realizing how early it was because I was MISERABLY HOT since my AC went out the afternoon prior which was on a Sunday. Yamil was @ my home by 8:45 am! I HAD COOL AIR BY 9:40!!!! And...Yamil had so expeditiously checked over my AC system, confirming my suspicions that a prior company had been taking advantage [$$$$] of my mother, whose home this is & lives here part-time. Yamil shared w/me his trouble-shooting & preventative maintenance suggestions- ALWAYS offering options! This included 'bundling' my initial visit w/the suggested maintenance, foregoing the initial service call fee. In addition, I MUST share that Yamil moves w/a SENSE OF PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITY...which equates to: FAST! I CANNOT adequately convey the level of TRUST & SATISFACTION this VERY KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT & TRUSTWORTHY contractor/certified technician/human being brought to my home...not to mention, COOL AIR in the midst of a heat wave in TEXAS! After dismissing a HVAC company due to high cost and unacceptable estimated time to repair, I contact 4 Seasons AC and Heating. They responded the same day and made the necessary repairs for a reasonable price. The service was performed with complete professionalism. Absolutely Five Star HVAC Service Provider! Highly recommend.
