Yamil visited my home to advise of my options for a new HVAC system and he was very informative and did not try and oversell me anything. He advised of the system that would work best for my situation and provided a great price for the items chosen. When install came Yamil and his team did exactly as he had represented in our initial meeting and the install went perfectly. After the install was complete Yamil walked through everything with the system and even changed a few items he did not like the way they looked to make sure it was to his standards. A few weeks later Yamil came back out to give it a once over and check everything one last time to make sure all was operating per the specifications. Could not be more happy with this system and the service that Yamil provided to me! I will be a customer of 4 Seasons for quite some time!

4 Seasons A/C and Heating Group were absolutely wonderful. Very honest and dependable. Our air went out the morning we went on a family vacation. We wanted to get it fixed while we away, so we had our "regular" company (Milestone) come out and look at it and were told we needed a compressor, motherboard and condensing unit which would be about $4800 with a one year warranty or new unit altogether - which would be $6000 with a five year warranty. Went to Home Advisor and 4 Seasons A/C and Heating Group came to look at the unit for a second opinion. Yamil Perez came over that day and was able to bypass the motherboard and get the unit working immediately. Once we got back in town, he came over and did a few more adjustments and fixed the entire problem for $1170 - a HUGE difference from the Milestone quote. Yamil is very honest and we are going to use him from now on.

My experience with Yamil proved him to be both honest and caring. I had a well known company tell me my AC unit couldn t be fixed and tried to sell me a new unit after the $500 in attempted repairs, so I began collecting quotes on replacements. When Yamil came out to give me a quote, we looked at the unit and he immediately said that he could fix it. He went right to work and a few hours later, it was up and running, blowing cold air and I haven t had an issue in the week since. The owner of the business was extremely helpful in giving us a variety of options. He said one of the three heat exchangers did not have to be replaced. We ended up replacing three sets of coil and compressors and two heat exchangers. He worked hard to find us the best financing options and is giving us 3 years free service! Once I spoke with Yamil on the phone. He was at my house in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. Told me everything that I need and what I didn't need. never tried to uncharge me.

Yamil was quick to pick up on my request for help. We had our first meeting in less than 24 hours. He was very thorough with his explanations of various types of AC products. He is a very good communicator and did not try to upsell products. Install took only five hours and that included everything from the compressor to the gas furnace. The technicians were polite, professional and covered there pathways with heavy tarps to protect our floors. Excellent work at reasonable cost. AC Unit was not cooling the house. Vendor re-arranged his schedule to come out. He fixed the problem with my old unit and was very good at defining the problem and options to fix the system. Will use again.

Yamil is a GREAT person. I had an unfortunate experience prior to inviting 4 Seasons to the house -- another HVAC co. sabotaged the unit and then tried to sell me a new very expensive system. 4 Seasons was quick to come over and provide a thorough inspection of the unit / ducting etc and left me a SUPER value for a new system. He followed up a couple days later and said he felt bad that I was scammed by other HVAC co and he wanted to try to fix it before we replaced it. He came over at the end of a 12 hour day and worked in the dark to get my AC unit running and DID! I didn't need to buy a new HVAC. This guy is honest, professional and just dang great.
