This company has knowledge, professionalism and most importantly old fashioned integrity. They clearly follow the Golden Rule. I will definitely be hiring them again and recommending them to my friends and associates.

Good. They let me know that the units are ok.

My ac quit working and it was blowing hot air. i called first class air and they sent wesley out right away! after looking over my entire outside unit it turns out it was just a wire that came unplugged upstairs and he fixed it and i had cool air again! hes a blessing and i couldnt be happier with the service from 1st class air !!!

All OK. Arrived promptly, diagnosed problem, and fixed.

Based on my interaction with them, along with their helpfulness and honesty despite me not being a current customer, I would have no trouble recommending or using their service in the future.!

The technician showed up a little early, which I thought was pleasantly unusual for a weekend service call. He lit the pilot lights and performed a carbon monoxide test. Piece of cake. In less than 20 minutes, he had both furnaces running properly.

I was impressed when Troy was at my house within 2 hrs. after I called. I asked him to do whatever it took to get it working for now, because I just had surgery and was really short on funds. ( couldn't afford a new unit now). The problem was corrected with a small connector which he had on the truck. The cost was minimal considering it included service call, diagnostic, and repair. Troy was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Looking back - when I said 'do whatever it takes' -I could have been taken to the cleaners, but instead they proved their integrity. 1st Class!

Our A/C was not cooling had another company come out. They work on commission beware Baker Brothers and wanted 17K for a whole new system!!! They wanted to install a new return we need not need! Said blower motor was bad and outside unit was bad and coils leaking . They also tried to scare us by tell us if we did not replace the heater as well we could get Carbon monoxide poisoning. Got a second look and called 1st class air. They came out and said outside unit was working fine and blower motor was working fine. It was blowing air just not cold air. They did Find a leak in the coils and recommend we replace that unit as it was 15 yrs old and on its last legs so they send Rocky over a few days later ( they could have done it same day but I had to get back to work) Rocky and helper installed new coil unit with 10yr warranty (also fixed a bad return pipe for free!) It took about 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned up and left. Also They have 0% financing for 18 months. Cost was 3K . I saw cheaper prices to do this same work but the difference was not that much. I would rather pay a bit more to have it done right. They guys a great I would recommend them. As for the heater they said our was fine and it had a safety switch on it so that if Carbon monoxide where happen it would shut off. They other guys lied to us.

We are super satisfied and happy customers relaxing in our cool home! I definitely would recommend 1st Class to get the job done in a cost efficient manner and super fast. We will use them for all our future ac/heating needs.

The Technician came and diagnosed the problem with my A/C and fixed it right away, very happy that I didn't have to replace the unit, and it's running great again!

Our experience with First class has always ben exceptional. After being nickled and dimed for years with other services they are a breath of fresh air in more ways than one. Honesty and integrity in the HVAC business are qualities that are hard to find theses days. First Class not only delivered both but also backed it up with a great quality of service. Our AC went out late in the afternoon in the middle of summer. The technician responded quickly even in their busiest season. He was very curteous and enjoyed his job obviously. The same night a team came to install a new unit well after normal business hours and stayed late to see the job done. They were quick and left no mess. This is a top of the line company at a reasonable rate. I definitely recomend First Class for all needs. I won't use anyone else. First Class is more than a name for them.

After diagnosing the defects with my existing system the afternoon of 6/16/16 the installers returned early evening to install the new system. They worked until close to midnight to get the job done. I was impressed with the service and quality. After almost two months everything is working perfectly. The new system actually cools my house much better than my old system and my utility bills have decreased. I highly recommend 1st Class Heat and Air.

The appointment went very well. They were right on time, and it only took 2 hours. they were very polite, and worked very hard. i was very satisfied with the company, and my technician as well. if i needed my airconditioner work on again, i would for sure give first class a call!!

Diagnosed the problem, recommended a fix, provided the cost and explained everything he was doing and why. They are already in my phone and I have no problem recommending to friends/family etc. Great experience!!!

I've used First Class Heating and Air the last three times in the last 4 years. Wesley is the best tech ever and I always ask for him. I have to say honest and great service. I am always satisfied, I realize the importance of annual AC,heating checkups. They've saved me a lot of money.
