Very well; the tech was able to assess the issue and fix it very quickly for a fair price.

I called at 8 am and scheduled appointment in 11-1 time slot for the same day. No one showed up or called. I called shortly after 1 pm and found out no one logged my appointment. They sent someone around 2pm. He was knowledgeable and polite as were all the people I dealt with. He called the office and sent photos of my old unit. He told me they could install the new unit at 6pm and it would take a couple of hours. When no one showed up by 6:20, I called and learned that the team was slotted to come to my house between 6 and 8 to start the install. They showed up at 8:30 and worked until 1:45 am. I would never have scheduled the install at that time had I known it would take that long. And had I known it was a window to start from 6-8. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Nevertheless, the poor scheduling and incorrect information as to how long the install would take is hard to overcome.

Memorial Day and my AC decided to go south on me. Around noon I noticed the AC was not working. After trying a few things to see if I could resolve the issue, I called 1st Class Heat & Air around 1:45. The immediately picked up and said they could be out around my place in 1-2 hours. John promptly around around 3:30 after getting a call letting me know he was on his way. Unfortunately the problem was a bit more serious than i was hoping for but was promptly addressed. John let me know in advance the cost of the part including the install. Took him about an hour from arrival to departure and my AC was up and running. He had misquoted the price of the part, which was $50 dollars more, but he honored the original quote, which I appreciated. Great company to work with and will definitely give my business in the future.

I called First Class Heat and Air and requested an annual check-up on my AC system. Their technician arrived in just a few hours. The technician inspected my system and performed an annual cleaning. Quick, courteous, and competent, everything you want in an AC company. Thank you First Class Air.

My elderly widow aunt in McKinney called in to get her unit fixed as it wasn't turning on. The owner and his wife of 1st class personally went to her house, fixed it, and did it for no cost. She called me and told me the story and it really meant the world to her. They came out as soon as she called to fix it on the first visit. They've helped her before and she always brags on them and it really lights up her day! I really appreciate them as they've replaced BOTH or our AC units and always do an ECXEPTIONAL job! I would recommend them to anyone. they definitely offer 1st class service and are an honest company!!!!

I called 1st class looking to repair my AC. The lady that answered the phone was nice, helpful, and addressed all of my concerns. The technician, Wesley, arrived on time and was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and my unit was repaired in less than an hour. These guys are the best. I will definitely refer them to anyone in need of AC service!

I have used 1st Class Air on numerous occasions. I have them service my systems twice a year. They are always courteous, quick to arrive, have parts on their truck and keep me running efficiently. John was here yesterday and took the time to diagnose the issue and then explain it to me. I wouldn't use anyone except 1st Class!

We knew one of our A/C's was on it's last leg, so we called a few companies to get estimates to replace they system. Several of the companies said that the coils we purchased were just junk, below builder grade. We ended up having another company replace both our heat and ac systems for the price we paid for just the coils. The owner's son was very polite when I spoke with him, however, when the owner came out to look at my AC for an estimate when it went out, I asked him about the coils. He became very belligerent with me and demanded to talk to the companies that told me that they are junk. I was so concerned I called my husband and asked him to come home.

Technician was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was thorough in his work, and very patient with my numerous questions, kindly explaining all that he was doing.

I called at 1st Class Air at about 11am on a Sunday. They had a guy (John) here before noon. He did some diagnostics and discovered the problem, swapped out an electrical outlet that was causing the problem and the AC was back up in less than an hour from the time he arrived. I supplied the part, and he charged me for installing the new outlet, but I would expect that anyway. ~$80 for the service call and another $80 for the time/labor to fix the problem. All in all, well done.

Wesley showed up promptly and reviewed the inspection report in order to understand the issues. He fixed the problems in fairly short order. He explained what had to be done and how he went about it. He was professional and knowledgeable.

It wen't extremely well!!! So impressed with Troy and his expertise and honestly. I found them on Angie's list and read the great reviews and thought I would give them a shout. So glad that I did and will be referring as well as re-using them as need be. I highly recommend this company.

we called the company, they were extremely nice. The guys came out and were kind, prompt, and professional. The price was very reasonable.! The guys fixed the problem right away and took there time to explain what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it! I will no longer use any other company! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Their technician went over and above to give us top notch service. He was friendly, professional and he helped put my mind at ease. We had just moved into our house when the motor went out, so needless to say, I was very upset. He not only replaced the motor quickly but he cleaned the outside unit as well, which showed his attention to detail. I highly recommend 1st Class Heat and Air!

The BEST company! My heater wouldn't come on and it was so cold that night! I called 1st class the next morning and they were there within 30 minutes! They located and fixed the problem ASAP and the heat was up and running. They have GREAT prices and are very trustworthy and highly skilled! I would never use anyone else!!! They've replaced both of our units and have came to fix issues on a smaller scale also. They've only performed TOP NOTCH service at great prices.

This is a great company to use. They have always been available to help out anytime we have a problem. One time our system went down at a VERY Busy and VERY HOT summer. They found a way to squeeze us in and get it so the house was at least livable. We were brand new to them at the time and they saw us within a few hours. Others were saying days. The are professional, and workers were dressed appropriately and worked hard and quickly. As insaod we had 2 units, instead of convincing us to replace both, they said that the other one could go out tomorrow or last a year and to just wait on it. It gave us 3 more years and saved us having spend money that we didn't need to. I continue to use them whenever there is an issue and have recommended them repeatedly. Great company.

I loved their customer service, they were quick and very efficient. I have called other providers in the past and not only did they take forever but the price that they were charging me was outrageous!. First Class Heat and Air is definitely the way to go, honest, fast and great work.

These guys are absolutely the best I've ever used. They brought more than enough techs and came back repeatedly to make sure the job was done right. I've used them for residential and commercial needs and they're always prompt, courteous and committed. Randy and his crew are top notch.

This company was very professional and prompt to get our services done. I felt like they really cared and wanted the best for us. I searched high and low finding someone that wouldn't take advantage of us in a stressful time and 1st class heating and air really came through. I like that they gave us a 2 hour window to arrive for installation instead of some companies that offer 5hr windows. We were very happy with their services and professionalism throughout the process and were very clear about cost and expectations from the get go. 5 stars for us!

First Class arrived at the property at about 3:00 PM when they called to advise that they would not fix the unit because it was new. I indicated again that the contractor that had originally installed it would not object because they no longer existed. I never heard of such a thing and asked what I should do as a new customer who had a number of rent houses. They obviously did not care that I was in a difficult position and really needed to help out my tenant.
