Description of Work: Heater was blowing cool air, so I purchased $19 diagnostic deal. Chip came out and found that there were "bad heat sequencers" and some of the wiring had been incorrectly installed by previous company. He corrected both problems and heater now works properly.

Description of Work: I had 1st Class come out and do an inspection on my mother's furnace after a terrible experience with another company. Not only did they provide what I feel was a fair and honest assessment but also gave me some suggestions for maintaining it and even helped confirm the warranty on my exterior A/C unit. Will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: The technician was very professional and had excellent people skills (very friendly). He took the time to research the issue, explain the problem and then informed me how he was going to fix it. After obtaining my approval to move forward, he started the work. After applying the solution, he waited to ensure my heater worked properly. He asked if I had any additional questions and recommended that I follow-up for AC maintenance to ensure I don't have the same problem. I plan to contact them next month for that service. | |The technician was so friendly that he made time to chat with my parrot - Too funny. He was awesome.
