Description of Work: Called 4 different companies for emergency AC service on a Sunday. Not only was 1st Class able to respond the quickest, but they were also the most reasonably priced for an emergency call. Tech showed up early and was quick and honest with repairs. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Got Appointment from Dan for recharging Freon of one my A/C unit. Then after some time he called back to tell me that he cannot honor the appointment citing I had not done what they recommended last time although I had paid them for the Diagnosis. They had asked me to do something which was not the issue at all as I had taken a second opinion. I will never recommend these guys.

 + -1 moreWhen I contacted this company, they were capable of coming out the same day. Good thing for Texas summer heat. I didn't like that I was given a 3 hr timeframe but for someone coming out the day you call I can you really complain? I received a call that the technician was on his way and within 15-20mins of that they arrived. They very quickly were able to discern the problem and make the repair. They gave both of my units the once over and made sure that all the fittings were tight and in general good working condition overall. They were very good about explaining to me all costs that would be incurred before making the repair. They even took the time out to show me where my filters were located and how to change them. They weren't pushy about them specifically making the repair or trying to push me into a service plan. They were willing to answer all of my questions and didn't try to annoy me by talking over my head. I did purchase a service plan from them at the time of the repair. My only contention is I purchased a service plan at the time of the repair. As part of that service, the fee for the service call is suppose to be waived; however, since mine was setup at the same time it was not waived.

 + -1 moreWhen I called to make an appointment, First Class was able to schedule me for the next day, with a two hour appointment time frame. The tech showed up right in the middle of the scheduled window. He checked my heating system and made recommendations to improve efficiency, and alerted me to potential problems I may have in the near future. He did not try to perform any unneeded repairs or services. He was also very friendly and professional.
Description of Work: Tech came out to check my heater for safety and efficiency before I used it.
