They were punctual and professional. They tuned up our system and made upgrade recommendations. We declined the upgrades at this time, but will consider them for the work later.

We we're able to have the A/C in our future home inspected for repairs utilizing a coupon through Angie's List. Again, we we're able to schedule the same day and received a thorough review of repair issues and a detailed quote which is valid for 90 days. Once we move in we plan to utilize 1st Class Heating and Air to complete the repairs.

I called 1st Class Air after my downstairs Air Condition unit stopped blowing cold air. Two days before I had my roof replaced and the roofers damaged the freon line. All of the freon leaked out. The roofers supplied an individual to repair the problem but was unreliable & not proficient. After two days of no A/C, 1st Class arrived 1 hour after I contacted them & technician Wesley diagnosed the problem quickly & efficiently. The repair was in a difficult spot above my garage in a small attic space. He repaired the line & A/C was blowing cold air once again. I was very impressed with Wesley and will use 1st Class Air in the future.

I called bc the AC wasn't working and the temperature was rapidly rising inside. I called, and they were here within the hour. The problem turned out to be quite simple, but nonetheless they conducted a through examination of my system to ensure there were no other issues. The bill was very reasonable. I will definitely call again.

I called a new company because the last company I used was too busy telling me what I need to do, and I do not live at the house that was to be serviced. I went on line and I spoke to Veronica. She was lovely and polite. I explained everything and we went forward. I asked her prices, and she gave me the service call price. I thought to myself that she did not know the prices. Now I feel I did not get prices because I would faint. My mistake was I decided to go forward anyway. I try to trust people. Then the tech called called me with the prices and I really thought they were rather high. They were charging prices for an individual service of each item. At least the cleaning of the drain line was excessive. They spent one hour at the property. I called the office and I was connected to Randy. I said the prices were high and could he do anything. I would not use his company again. He said this was why no one wanted to deal with management companies because management companies wanted to dictate the prices and we were going to pay his prices. I had told Veronica that some companies did not deal with Property Management compaines because they do not always get paid. I gave Veronica all of my information upfront. I told Randy I was not going to argue with him and thanked him for being so polite and understanding. The only thing I said to Randy was I though the pricing was high. I did not insult him. I just stated I would not use his company again.

Called and made appointment. Art came out and did the check up. I was more than pleased. He was professional, and very knowledgeable. Will use them in the future. We were very pleased with their service.

I purchased a Big Deal for $49 for an inspection. Two people came out and checked everything out for me with my air ducts, furnace, and air conditioner. They were very helpful on explaining things and how to look for certain things. I feel that they gave me a lot of details that most repair men would not give. It well worth the money spent. I had just purchased a new home and wanted to make sure everything was up to date. I would recommend them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great; everything was fine. They showed up on time, did the work within the estimated price range and it was done pretty quickly. I have no recommendations to make for them.

I called this provider for an estimate on repairing a poorly performing heat vent on a pier and beam home. Scheduling was simple and the technician was professional and arrived at the scheduled time. He crawled under the house and looked at the furnace in the attic. Within 7 minutes (for $40) he determined that we had a damaged piece of flex duct (aprox 8 ft section) under the home. The area was directly under the access to the crawl space and easy to get to. The estimate was $450. I priced the materials at the local HVAC store for $52 to complete this job myself. I haven't had time yet but can't justify spending almost 8.5x the materials cost to do this job. I guess I should have been an A/C technician. $900 an hour is a great living.

Our AC was out and our usual repair place couldn't come out for five days, with temps over 90 degrees. On the fifth day they called to say they were coming and I couldn't grab the phone fast enough to say I was home. I called back within ninety seconds, but they had given away my time to the next customer. I called 1st Class and they came out that afternoon for an assessment. By 5 pm they had a crew there and they worked until 10 pm to install the whole system, even the outside parts in the dark with headlamps on. They were great.

Sunday morning I woke up freezing and soon realized my heater wasn't working. My husband was working and wouldn't be home for a few hours and made me promise not to call anyone until he had a look. It was 2 pm when he gave up and suggested I call someone. I was frantic at this point as it was Sunday afternoon and thought I'd have to pay an arm and a leg. I felt much better when I found a company that was open. The guy I talked to on the phone explained how busy the technicians are due to the cold weather but he'd call someone in to fix us up. The tech was friendly, punctual, and professional. He was very thorough and checked everything that it could be. Once the problem was finally pinpointed, he suggested an easy, cheaper way that we could fix it by ourselves. He also said to call him if my husband has any problems and he'd be happy to help. I would definitely hire them again.

They were on time, professional, and provided good service. The air conditioning system needed a new fan motor but the hardware store was closed on Saturday and they could not repalce it the same day. This meant I had to wait until Monday and they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. The new part was installed as scheduled on Monday.

We have used 1st Class Heat and Air for two years now. We have home warranty on our A/C and still choose to pay to have it serviced because we like the service and response we get from 1st Class Heat and Air. They are always able to make it same day and get us taken care of. We have an older home and an older unit and they get it up and running each time.

Arrived at scheduled time. Very professional. Checked out system. Made recommendations. Added advertised refrigerant. Did not have recommended work performed at that time (complete replacement of equipment)

My experience with them went fine. The air conditioning system needed a new coil. They changed the coil, flushed the system and put in new Freon.

Our AC quite working the night before and was clearly due to a problem with the outdoor unit. We called this company around 7:55 the next morning and were given a time of 9-11 a.m. for a service visit. They called at about 8:30 a.m. to let us know they were on the way and arrived around 9 a.m. The complete diagnosis and service was completed by about 11 a.m. The service provider was efficient and professional and we're in a cool house tonight. Would totally use this company again.

Service was excellent. I called on a Friday and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time, and got right to work. They explained what they were doing and provided maintenance tips to perform in between inspections. Very professional and friendly. We would definitely use them again when it comes time to replace our system.

The service went really well. They offered us numerous solutions. They didn't push me in any direction and let me make the final decision. They knew what they were doing and I appreciated that.

Our unit had quit cooling during the night of the 4th of July. We joined Angie's List the next morning so that we could get a recommendation for a fair AC guy. First Class Heat and Air were in our home before noon. By the time they got here, the AC was working again and has worked well since then They discovered that we were low on freon and our thermostat's batteries were weak. They checked everything else out and were here for a couple of hours. Our AC now works better than it has in a long time. The two gentlemen who were here could not have been nicer.

Excellent experience. They responded to my issues at all hours and were professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them again.

A/C is working great in the 100 degree heat

Yesterday evening our A/C fan stopped working. After my husband did some checking with a trusted A/C friend, he was 99% sure that it was the capacitor. It was after hours but was approching 90 degrees inside. We called this highly rated business and inquired if they could come out and replace the capacitor. They were very responsive but... The cost would be $89.00 for the service call. $89.00 was very fair price for after hours service. No problem. Then the technician said it would be $340.00 - $380.00 to replace the capacitor. WHAT? We declined. The part only costs $34.87 so we waited until this morning when we could get to Grainger's and purchase it. Husband replaced with his friends instructions and we are now very cool in Allen TX. It was very warm for one night. We survived and saved about $400.00.
