flooring contractor
 + -1 moreI bought it a month ago and they are holding it in their warehouse for 2 months for me at no charge. I got the stuff for $255 a sq ft and it?s the cheapest price you can get. I spent $7000 instead of $10000. The best time to buy from them is in summer because they buy overstock at that time and they sell it at discount.
Description of Work: We bought 2000 sq ft of high quality chair hardwood flooring from The Floor Warehouse a month ago.

hardwood floor
 + -1 moreFlooring is less than two years old and has begun to fade drastically. The sales rep stated that the flooring has a 25 year warranty guarantee. When the owner was contacted about the above problem, he stated that the flooring was not guaranteed. I have contacted the owner multiple times for a resolution, but he would not return my calls.
Description of Work: I purchased flooring from a warehouse through an ad in Lafayette, LA newspaper from a company in Pinehurst, TX. The sales rep assured me that the flooring has a 25 year guaranteed warranty. Jim Searcy/David Reed/Richard Neely/Thomas Kale, who sold me the flooring, refuse to stand behind his product.
