Just Windows

Tommy Greene had been out a month or so before the cleaning date to look around and give me an estimate. He and Ronnie showed up on time, in fact, early and got right to it. The ice storm had come and gone, but they were there when they said and were early each day. It ended up taking 3 days instead of two, so I actually paid them more since it was quite a job. They did not up the price, I just upped the pay! I was so pleased! I have storm windows and they took them apart, cleaned the area thoroughly, including the tracks, and put everything back. I have never seen them this clean. It is amazing the care that was taken to get them spotless!

It was great. Tommy showed up early, did a great job cleaned up and we set up an appointment for 6 mos out. I will use him again.

They were excellent. There were two men that came out who were very good. There were very polite, prompt and worked very hard. They took off screens, cleaned them up and put them back. They thoroughly cleaned the windows. They called us in advance to let us know when they were going to be there.

I had numerous special requests and Tommy and Ronnie made sure that they were all completed to my satisfaction. Each has a lot of pride in the work they do and want to make sure that you are happy with the end result. They also know a lot about windows and know different techniques to properly clean different types of glass so as to not damage the glass. Each also has interesting stories to pass the time. My house was very difficult (placement of windows, etc.), but they did everything to make sure I was happy. That is great customer service.

Tommy was wonderful to work with! We originally set up a date in July to have him come out and clean our windows, but I had to cancel and move the date out to August 1. He had no problem with that and was very understandable. Two days before he was scheduled to come out, Tommy called me to confirm that we were still on for the window cleaning and asked a few questions. He and his partner showed up earlier than anticipated on cleaning day, which was okay by us. Tommy is very friendly and honest and he and his partner both worked very h****** our windows which have not been professionally cleaned by us and we have lived here for 6 years. If they can't get the dirt off the first time, they use a scraper to get any remaining dirt. They are very detail oriented and make sure your windows are spotless. Our windows look AMAZING! We can actually see out of them now! He will also walk around your house and show you the windows that have broken seals. I highly recommend Tommy. You will not be disappointed!

Tommy Greene is the best -- professional, punctual, positive, and works with a meticulous attention to detail. He cleaned the windows until they glistened, but I also saw him cleaning the tracks at the bottom of the window. He notices things that others would not. He cares so much about your home that he changes shoes before he comes inside. He also puts socks on his ladder so it won't mark the walls inside! The only complaint I can think of is that he doesn't charge enough to cover the time, effort, and care that he puts into his work. I highly recommend Tommy Greene for any job!

They were excellent! We had to wait about four months for the work because they were very busy. He did explain this to us up front and we accepted. Two men were here for five hours and they did the inside and outside of the windows. They were careful with our shrubs and plants and cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant to work with. They provided all the quality of anyone you would expect to have in your house. The price ended up being a little less than expected and they are very fair. I would recommend to others just to be patient with the scheduling and plan ahead. The quality was worth the wait.

He was fantastic!!! Tommy showed up on time, was very professional, explained the process and gave us a very fair price. He was at our home for a few hours and did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning our windows! I have never seen them look cleaner! I would highly recommend using Tommy for your window cleaning.

Tommy was great from my very first phone call to talk about having our windows cleaned. He showed up on time and went above and beyond to get all our windows sparkling clean. He also cleaned an interior glass lamp and chain, which were covered in many years of dust, in our entry and is too high and difficult for us to reach at no extra charge. He also pointed out a crack in one of our windows that we were totally unaware of. Tommy's work was amazing and I will definitely call Just Windows again.

The experience I had with Tommy was outstanding. He and Ronnie were on time, got right to work on the interior windows. If there was something they needed to point out to me they called me to discuss before moving forward. Once all the windows were clean they put everything back like they found it. The windows looked awesome. The windows had all been replaced within the last three years and I had no clue as to how dirty they were until Tommy and team worked their magic. I have already told Tommy he will be back in about six months to clean again. I would highly recommend this company.

When I called Tommy, he was very busy and we picked a day about a month later. Two days before he was to come, he sent me a reminder text. It was then that I realized I had inadvertently scheduled an appointment I couldn't break for the same day because I had written down the wrong day. I called him back to try to reschedule, and he said he would try to "move some things around" to try to accommodate me. He called back a couple of hours later to say he had succeeded and would be out 2 days later. I really appreciated it. Tommy is very personable and meticulous.

Great work and service, reasonably fast, prompt and friendly

Tommy and his team are excellent. He was on time,very professional,hard working and made sure he understood exactly what we needed prior to beginning the job. We had a difficult job because our windows had not been cleaned in quite awhile(I always found it difficult to get the job done to my expectations so had put it off). We had some issues with our storm windows and he helped us with a solution to get them cleaned. There was also a leak in one of the seals and he made sure we knew where it was, which we really appreciated. This young man is more than willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and is proud of his work, as he should be. We will not hesitate to use Just Windows again in the future as I no longer dread getting them cleaned..

Tommy is just one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I first met him when he came to give me an estimate on the cleaning and I didn't even bother to get another company estimate. His price is extremely reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. He kept in contact with me regarding the weather as the appointed day got closer and showed up on time. He worked by himself that day and it took close to 8 hours for the job to be complete (we have a lot of windows). I believe he only took a 30 minute break the whole day! We had a lot of dirt built up but Tommy was able to clean each one by hand until they were sparkling. Our porch light fixture looks brand new now. We will absolutely hire Tommy again, for both interior and exterior window cleaning.

Tommy and Shelly showed up right on time and began working within 20 minutes of arrival. Tommy did a quick survey of the house and they got set up. They were friendly and helpful even giving tips on how to get our pool to stop spraying our back windows which has always been a problem. They worked from 9am-4pm and never took a break! They started on the inside of the windows first and worked their way around the house and then began to clean the outside windows all completely by hand. It was a full day's work and worth every penny! Tommy is on my permanent rolodex and I will be using him again.

I can't say enough what an excellent job was done by Just Windows. We had replaced several windows, and there was still blue tape all around. It was a mess. Tommy Greene is a true professional. He confirmed the time the day before, arrived on time, and did a great job. He didn't stop, even when it started raining! He knew we had friends coming from out of town the next day, and he wanted the windows to be spotless. Well, when our friends arrived, they almost walked through the glass door, it was so clean. I phoned Tommy and he answered the phone right away. I got some information about his service and decided to have him come give me an estimate. We agreed on a date. The following day he phoned and advised me that he had a conflict on the date we had agreed to. He apologized, and we set another date for him to come and give an estimate. The day before the scheduled appointment, Tommy called to confirm. He showed up on time and after we walked the house and discussed my concerns he quickly provided an estimate and even included the Angie's List discount without my even having to mention it. The estimate was fair he and his associate went right to work. They worked quickly but thoroughly. Toward the end of the job it began to rain, but they continued on and finished. I was very pleased with the work. Tommy was extremely professional and no nonsense.

Tommy does my windows twice a year and always does an excellent job. He is on time, professional and does a super job. We schedule him for the next visit whenever he is here, usually every six months. Even when I forget the appt he will text me a few days in advance as a reminder. I would strongly recommend his service to anyone. Absolutely one of the best values for any work I've ever had done.

I spent an hour of my time searching for a good window cleaner, counting windows, describing them and then talking at length with Tommy about the details of who actually does the work and how it is done etc. He said he personally does all the work himself. He scheduled the cleaning 8 weeks out. Weeks later I get a letter in the mail cancelling the appointment with the excuse he has trouble with his help. Not nice. So if he is using help, then he lied to me when we were on the phone and said he does it all himself. If he actually doesn't use help, then he lied in the letter. If he didn't want to do the work, he should have said so immediately instead of cancelling later. now I have to start all over again.
