Tommy Greene was on time, accommodating, thorough, brought one helper. Both were friendly, neat and comfortable to be around and have in the house.(cleaned inside and outside windows). They were meticulous, polite, responded well to questions. We plan to use them regularly in the future.

I was very impressed! He has done windows for me before. I highly suggest using this company! He is so very dilettante and personable.

I have been using Tommy, from Just Windows, for several years. He is always on time, the quality of his work is fantastic and he is so friendly and professional. He is one of the most honest business owners I know. You can't go wrong with Tommy cleaning your windows! You won't be disappointed!

Everything was done quickly and according to plan, and thoroughly. I appreciated all the extra effort to do the extra small jobs (light bulb change and blind cleaning) and will use this service again!

Tommy did a great job. Many other reviews attest to the quality of the cleaning. And so I'll mention a couple of other things that were important to me. Tommy is an excellent communicator. He will discuss with you any problems ahead of time. You do not have to worry about "surprises" such as is the case with so many other service providers. Also, Tommy brought along a sparkling clean pair of sneakers to wear when he was inside my home cleaning windows. I really appreciated this since I had just cleaned all of my floors for the holidays.

These guys were great. I have 32 windows and they were reasonably priced and paid great attention to detail. My windows haven't looked this good since the house was built. They let me know ever step of the way if their were any issues and they also worked around my dogs who like to get in the way. An added benefit was talking music with Tommy and his helper Mica, turns out this rock n roll tomboy turned suburban house wife had quite a bit in common musically with the window man and the drummer.

I was in a rush situation and reached out to several companies. Just Windows responded immediately but was unable to meet my very rushed deadline. While they tried helping, the timing just didn't work. BUT I would like to commend them on their honesty - by mistake, I put the positive review of the company I did use under Just WIndows. Other firms might have simply turned a blind eye to getting an un-earned positive review. But instead, the owner called me and let me know of the mistake and suggested I correct it to ensure the right company got the praise. AMAZING - LOVE to see such great ethics. You earned my business for next time on this basis only!

Tommy was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided an estimate. Arrived on time and completed all work as promised. My windows look great and I will certainly use them again.

He did a fantastic job. He paid close attention to detailed. We used the Angie's List messaging center to reach out to Tommy and he quickly got back to our request.

They are flawless! They cleaned 14 windows, perfectly. They were quick, great crew, arrived exactly when promised. Tommy Greene called ahead a couple of days before to be sure the schedule was still on. He brought a 3 man crew and finished the job in one day. I seriously could not possibly recommend these guys enough. They are so good that they have a backlog of about a month. So you will need to wait for about a month but, trust me, it will be well worth the wait. Did I tell you that they are very reasonably priced too!!!? Just windows does regular window cleaning but they are one of the few that are not afraid to tackle the old storm glass windows as well. Use them with confidence!

Tommy is great. He shows up on time, our windows and screens look great when he's done, and his prices are reasonable. We have him clean our windows twice a year and always schedule the next cleaning before he leaves. I love having clean windows.

He is excellent. They were very honest and responsible. They called back immediately. They came on time. They did an excellent job cleaning the windows. They were just all around reliable. The people that responded on him all said wonderful things and he is really A+. I recommended him not too long ago.

I just leave a check and come home to clean outside windows and pool deck. Tommy works hard to accommodate special timing requests. He sends me text reminders to schedule my twice a year cleanings.

Cannot profess loudly enough how much I appreciated Tommy and Ronnie and the service they provided. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job on all of the windows. This house was built in 1976, and since the storm windows were put in, approximately the same time, they had never been cleaned. Tommy and Ronnie carefully removed the storm window and literally scrapped them with razors to get all of the built up gunk off of them. They expertly cleaned the windows, inside and out; took off the screens and cleaned them; cleaned and vacuumed the sills. In addition, we had one window with rust on it and 4 plexi-glass inserts that needed attention. They went out of their way to get supplies to repair/fix the problems. In addition, Ronnie even trimmed the weather stripping on the bottom of the front door where it was scrapping on the floor. Cannot say enough about these 2 and the company. Would highly recommend them!!

CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH! Home built in early 60's. Our windows have probably never been cleaned. Wow, wow, wow. What a difference Tommy and his professional and friendly staff made. As we are getting ready to move I wanted my windows cleaned prior to putting my house on the market. I called and scheduled an appointment with Tommy. He arrived on time and cleaned 28 windows interior and exterior by hand. He removed all paint from the windows and made sure they looked great. He was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend his service.

Called about 20 minutes before arriving as I had requested and arrived on time. We went over all the work that needed to be done and he verified the price. They brought all the equipment, moved furniture as needed, put all the furniture back before leaving, and cleaned everything up. No mess was left. They were very professional, very detailed in their work and everything looks absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for better results and am extremely impressed with the quality of their work.

LOVE this company. Like most people, I've had some not so great experiences with businesses or people in the past but that's not the case with this company. The owner, Tommy Greene was able to come out, look at everything and provide us with an estimate for the work the very same day I called him. We were in a huge time crunch as we're about to list our house for sale (the realtors said we had to have the windows done within a matter of days) and Just Windows was able to work with us and get us taken care of immediately. They were here all day for 2 days and worked the entire time, only stopping for a few minutes for lunch. They were prompt, arriving on time both days, professional, nice, and did an absolutely incredible job. They did everything they said they would and we were more than pleased with the outcome. After they finished, I told them now I was almost sad to be leaving/selling the house. It looked THAT great. Dealing with getting a house ready to sell and all that entails, especially on very short notice can be incredibly stressful and it was so nice to feel that I didn't have to worry about or supervise the work being done at our house. They showed up, went about their business and I was able to do everything else I needed to do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing window cleaning services. There is a reason they've gotten so many awards and commendations from Angie's List and the members because they're THE BEST.

These guys are AMAZING! We recently bought a new home that is much bigger than any home we have lived in previously, with A LOT more windows! I thought I might be able to do some of it myself, but after having Tommie & Ronnie do it, I think it is the BEST money I have spent in the last 20 years! Seriously, these guys are awesome-- they did a fantastic job, were thorough, professional, and VERY reasonable/ fair. I would recommend these guys to even my pickiest friends & family-- they will not disappoint!

When Tommy and his assistance arrived at my home the first step was to walk the perimeter of the house to understand how many windows and the level of cleanliness. Since our home was a one-story over 4000 sq. feet and from looking at the windows I knew it was going to be a big job. Tommy put me at rest on how he works to insure his customers are getting excellent service. Since I am new to Texas and the community it does give you concerns if you are calling the right person for the job. Using Angie's list was the first test. Tommy met and exceeded my expectation. He and his team member were professionals and it was so rewarding to see the dirt being removed where I can see through the windows and not staring at distorted background because of the lack of maintenance on the windows. Would recommend Just Windows to any residential or commercial client. Since our windows are cleaned three different times of the year I plan to use Just Windows over and over again. Will recommend Just Windows to everyone and those especially new to Texas. The price I paid was well worth the cost and very attractive. Tommy showed up on time and gave a realistic time estimate of what the job was going to take. We needed last minute service and fortunately Tommy was able to fit us in. Very conscientious and courteous. Would recommend him whole heartedly.

Very professional and great communication. The windows were cleaned inside and outside plus the skylight and some extra screens on two security doors. There were no surprises: they arrived in the timeframe expected, pricing was as expected, and the job was well done.
