Excellent. cleaner than I would have imagined. Such professionalism. He truly is an artist and professional when it comes to windows.

Tommy squeezed us in to his busy schedule so that we could meet a deadline to put our home on the market. This included working on his birthday on the weekend! We were delighted with his attention to detail and thoroughness. His cost included all outside windows, cleaning the skylights and some inside windows.

Tommy was a jewel. He worked with me on scheduling a time that worked for both of us. He was meticulous in his work and showed up on time every time. Tommy does more than just clean windows; he creates gems. He cleans out the runners, scrapes the paint from the windows and does a stellar job. He quiet and unobstrusive and takes great pride in his work. I recommend him without reservation. He's not cheap but provides value for the investment.

Did not get windows cleaned because at the last minute Tommy was very ill. However, he contacted me the day before to let me know he was sick and probably would not be able to complete the work. He was very nice, professional and even suggested other companies to call. Great communication and that impressed me.

Tommy Greene! He is the stereotype of the kind of service provider that everyone wants to have doing work in their house. Tommy and his assistant are fast, thorough and extremely quiet. Most of the time I have to remind myself that they are in the house cleaning my windows. The windows sparkle when they are done. Tommy is friendly and quite personable. He will chat as little or as much as you, the client, desires. Of course, while he is talking, he is working, moving ladders, and moving through the house as efficiently as possible. I recommend Tommy with any reservations.

I have used this service before to do both the inside and outside of the windows. Each time Tommy and his assistant take their time to make sure the windows are cleaned well. Also there is not a mess when they clean from the inside. I have had a horrible experience with another window washing company (in a different city) that just flung water around when they washed the interior windows. Tommy is prompt and reliable. His is not inexpensive or expensive either. He is worth the price considering how much time and effort he puts into doing the job right.! I have a 3700 square foot house and a lot of windows, so therefore the cost is more. Sometimes there is a waiting list so don't wait until you urgently need the windows cleaned before you call him.

We have him back every year. He is very busy, make your appointment ahead of time. He does an excellent job inside and out. He also pointed out that we have two areas in our windows that needed to be repaired.

In all fairness, Tommy does great work. We have worked together at my various client's houses through the last 6-8 years. But in the past year and a half, when I've asked him to stick to his original word for quotes he has given my clients, he has gotten increasingly irritated. This past week, when I sent him our original text conversation, with picture included of the french doors in question, and made it clear that they WERE INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL QUOTE (even though he disagreed with me previously and said we never discussed them) - even though I SHOWED HIM PROOF of his own quote, he replied with lines such as, "All I care about is making my clients happy while being reliable and fair". And, "I know I'm better than my competitors." And, "...driving all the way over there, combined with seemingly never ending drama has taken all the fun out of it." And "Sometimes houses become more trouble than they're worth." My problem isn't that he doesn't want to service my client's house any longer. My problem isn't that I now need to find someone new for all of my clients. My problem is that even after showing him proof of his original quote that included the french doors, this was his highly unprofessional response. I run my own business and if a client showed me my original quote, I would trip over myself do stick to my word. Wouldn't you? * I have our text history and original quote saved on my phone with the pictures I originally sent him of the french doors in order to get that quote.

We needed our full house of windows cleaned (inside and out). It had been over three years since they were last cleaned. Tommy and his partner did a wonderful job (as they did the first time)! I am grateful for such careful and excellent work. I would highly recommend!

Tommy and his assistant are great. It took awhile to set a time as he is very busy and we had repeated rain which required rescheduling. He consistently stayed in touch to ensure the job would get done for us. He is extremely professional, considerate of our needs and very hard working. It took approximately 4 hours to do all the work and we are very pleased with the results. We found Tommy through his great reviews on Angies List(we rely 100%% on their service recommendations in this day and age).This is our second timeto have him clean our windows and as repeat customers and will continue to call on him when we need this service.

Tommy was very professional and as always he was on time. He did all the windows in our house, he moved whichever piece of furniture was required to have access to the window and put it right back to where it belongs. They did an amazingly fast and thorough job considering how many windows we have and all the windows are now spotless, they look like brand new!!

After setting up appt for estimate, called me back and said we "wouldn't be a good fit". Don't know where that came from as I was more than cordial with my questions and setting up appt. Thanks for nothing Just Windows!

Tommy and his crew are simply the best window guys in the DFW area. They are in high demand and we schedule our yearly appointment with them 6-8 months in advance. They are very quick to respond to emails and texts. They arrive promptly, get right to work and do everything quickly and efficiently. They are very detail oriented - this is not a quick and dirty service. We always get a truly thorough and flawless job, and we wouldn't use anyone else. The team is friendly, outgoing, professional and peasant to deal with. Bottom line - this is a quality group of people doing quality work at a fair and competitive price.

Tommy Greene, the owner, came out with his helper and was here for 8 hours. We have a lot of Windows (~40) and they had not been cleaned in some time. Tommy and Linda worked hard and didn'tt stop. Tommy went through the house with me and helped me identify windows that had condensation and should/could be replaced. I highly recommend Tommy. You may find a company to clean your windows for less, but I doubt the work would be comparable.

I have been a customer of Tommy's for a couple years. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work and his professionalism. His prices are fair and reasonable and he always does a great job on my windows. I will definitely continue to use him to wash my windows.

Excellent job. Tommy and his assistant were great. Punctual and kept me informed of any issues along the way. We had some challenging windows (2 story house) and it was a big job but it turned out fantastic. Kept to the original estimate. I was stuck home with a 7 month old baby and 2 barking chihuahuas while the job was done. Tommy even brought me back lunch, just a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Excellent job. Arrived on time. Spent a lot of time paying attention to detail. Windows were so clean that we could not tell that there was glass in the windows. The windows never looked better. Highly recommend.

Tommy, Carrie and Luis did an outstanding job cleaning our windows inside/out. They were on time and completed ahead of their estimate completion time.
