Just Windows

He arrived early, which was just fine, I would much rather someone arriving a half hour early than a half hour late. He worked on the windows for about six hours - the estimate of time he indicated took me aback at first - but I've never had windows cleaned before with the attention to detail that Tommy exhibits. He even vacuums the space between the screen and the glass. I will definitely use him again.

Tommy did an excellent job. He responded promptly to my inital inquiry and came right out to give an estimate. Everything ran on time, as scheduled, and he did an excellent job.

We moved into a new house in July, and our windows had never been cleaned by the previous owner. I called Tommy a couple weeks before Thanksgiving, and miraculously he was able to work us in when he had a cancellation. He showed up on right on time. His process is to start inside, then worked his way outside, so the house stayed nice and neat. Our windows were truly awful, so Tommy had to scrape every window with a single edge razor blade to cut through the built up dirt. (He said they were the dirtiest windows he'd ever worked on) In the end, they came out crystal clear, and we're so happy with them. Tommy did an unbelievable job- our windows look brand new!

The job was done in a timely and orderly manner and we were left with the sparkling results of his diligence. We will be seeing Tommy again in the spring.

I hired Tommy to wash windows at my son's house in September when we were getting it ready to go on the market. When I called him to begin with he had a bit of a wait, but because of the great reviews on Angie's lIst I really wanted to use this company. I ended up getting the windows cleaned just a few days before the house went on the market and they were beautiful! He is very detailed and wipes the insides of the tracks and uses a razor blade on areas that have paint, etc. that he can get off. He is very careful and does not make a mess or get water everywhere (which I have had these problems before!) Tommy is also very personable and easy to get along with. Because Tommy did such a great job, I decided it would be nice to have my windows cleaned too! (The date on this report is when I had windows cleaned on my own home.) Be prepared for a bit of a wait to get in his schedule, but it is worth the wait!

Tommy is the best window cleaner I have ever used! He came the day I called to give me an estimate and was able to work us into his schedule quickly. This was important as we were listing our house for sale. Tommy arrived on time and did a great job. He works alone and takes a great deal of pride in his work. Day one he cleaned all the insides of the windows and the tracks and day two he did the outsides. Tommy worked in 100 degree weather with only a short lunch break. I will not use anyone else to clean my windows from now on because Tommy is the best!

I called Tommy for an estimate on Thursday morning, and even though he was super busy, he agreed to clean my windows in time for a party on Saturday night! He did an absolutely amazing job. He was punctual, (early actually), courteous, professional, and the windows made the home a veritable showplace. His price was super reasonable! I was truly amazed as was my husband and my kids and their friends. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. For the most part, we didn't even know that he was here! My home just sparked for the party! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality work from a very friendly and responsible service provider!

He arrived promptly in the morning, he proceeded to clean the inside of the windows first, removed the screens, then he cleaned the outside of the windows, replaced screens. He was there for the estimated time he had indicated, and charged the estimated price. He brought his own lunch, and ate outside, he took no other breaks. Very pleasant personality.

Tommy has cleaned our windows twice and we will continue to use him at least quarterly. He has been incredibly flexible and reliable He was able to come a few days after my initial call and then on our next scheduled date three months later. He's prompt, respectful and reasonably priced. Working with him has been great!

Tommy did an outstanding job both inside and outside of the house after we moved into a new property and had some major kitchen remodelling done. Enormous attention to detail, a clear passion for what he does, immediately responsive to any contacts via phone or text and just a really pleasant and helful person to have working on things. We will be certainly use him again and will firmly recommend him to any friends as the best we have come across. He is a real find.

I called Tommy 48 hours before I needed him. We were going to have a baby shower for brunch on Saturday. Not only did he squeeze us in on a Saturday morning, he started at 8am and was done before my guests arrived. Good work, Tommy!

They did a very good job. I thought that pricing was very fair. The person that came and cleaned my windows was very courteous and cognizant of wanting to do a good job. He wanted to make sure I was happy with his service and he did a good job.

Tommy confirmed our appointment the night before by phone. He was courteous and even offered to change our appointment time to accomodate my schedule. He arrived promptly the next day and did a beautifull job on all of my windows, inside and out. He was neat, clean and unobtrusive. This is my second time using Tommy's services and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Tommy was terrific. I highly recommend his services. He was prompt, courteous and his work was immmaculate. If there was a grade better than "A", I'd give it to him!

We wish we could give Mr. Greene all A+'s!. . .and you read that correctly, the service date was New Year's Day. Sensing the urgency of our situation (new house with very dirty windows), Mr. Greene not only agreed to clean the windows on New Year's Day, but also showed up early and worked all day. He did a fantastic job, including going the extra mile to clean some very difficult-to-reach windows. The most treacherous window we have is a two-story-tall window on the wall next to our curved staircase. Mr. Greene discounted the price by the few panes he was unable to reach on that window, AND then fashioned a special solution and came back at a later date to finish those panes for no extra charge. We could not recommend him more highly. Thank you Mr. Greene!

Tommy Greene was excellent in all that he did! He was on time, diligent, very personable, and non-intrusive. Most imporantly, he did a fantastic job on all of our windows - including our floor-to-ceiling sunroom windows. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing window cleaning services, and plan to use him again in the future.

Tommy provided me a quote over the phone and discovered upon his arrival that 4 of the 8 windows had storm windows that could not be easily dissaembled. He completed the work on the other windows and cleaned the accessible parts of the 4 at issue. He and I agreed he would come back to address the four with the stubborn windows. He did an excellent job for less than the agreed fee because of the issue with the storms. I would reccommend Tommy and his services in a heartbeat. He called over the weekend to confirm his appointment, arrived on time, did a great job, addressed the need to come back on the supplemental work in a professional manner.

Older house with old storm windows. These storms had to be unscrewed from window frame and then disassembled to clean - and then reassembled - very work intensive! When Mr. Greene and I first spoke he described my storms exactly and I was confident that he knew what he was getting into. He was fast, efficient and my windows have never looked better. He was also very punctual (infact a little early) and he brought his lunch so he did not leave my house until he had completely finished the job. MOST IMPRESSIVE!

Tommy has cleaned my windows thoroughly and meticulously for a number of years. I've never been disappointed and would not consider hiring anyone else. Before finding Tommy I tried two other people and both were not up to the standard of service I've gotten from Just Windows. He does a great job and you will be pleased!

Tommy came the same day I called him to clean our windows. Amazing. He really saved us; we were about to put our house up for sale, and I had forgotten to arrange for window cleaning. He was friendly and easygoing and got the job done. We hired him shortly thereafter to clean our gutters, and he squeezed us in again. He's very service-oriented, and his prices are fair.

Tommy always does a wonderful job. We've had other companies clean our windows and were disappointed in the time and detail spent on the task. Tommy has cleaned our windows for the past 3-4 years now and the time he takes to do the job right is unlike we've seen from anyone else.

He took a lot more care and attention to detail with the cleaning than anyone I have used. I highly recommend him and plan to use him again.
