+ 4 moreJob went perfect from start to finish. Lou Frantz Torres is a perfectionist. First rate.
Description of Work: Reset all most windows in house that were installed improperly. New decking and new shingles. Removed old siding and replaced with hardy board. Painted exterior. Lou has worked for me several times and there is always a start to finish and he does very good work. I trust him because he always does what he says and he will correct what any other poor contractor has done and tell me in detail what was done wrong. My house is alot more sound after Frantz Construction did the work and not a fly by night outfit.

+ 0 moreActually there was no start to finish. I saw this handyman on Angies's list and he had one report which was an A. I called him with information of what we needed on house #1. House #1 needs work done to prepare it for a lease property. House #2 is our house and we have quite a bit we need done including doubling the balcony, conpleting a room over our garage which is 14 x 50, powerwashing d staining a 50 foot porch and also a deck area that is 4,000 square feet. This handyman came to look at house #1 and my husband showed him what needed to be done. House #1 is not a huge job but house #2 is a large job. He gave my husband his email address and said we could email him a list of what we needed done for house #1 which I did immediately. This was early in the week and by the end of the week we hadn't heard from him so I called him. He said he would email us a proposal by the following Tuesday. We never heard from him.
Description of Work: I cannot grade this person's work as he never followed through. I saw him on Angie's list and he had one good report. I called him and he came and looked at the work we needed done. We have two homes and we needed work done on both homes. He asked that we email him with a list of things we wanted done on the first home which we did. We didn't hear from him so I called him thinking perhaps I had used a wrong email address. He called and said he got my email with the list of things we needed done and would email us a proposal the following Tuesday - never happened. It has been an additional two weeks and we still haven't heard from him. But at this juncture we wouldn't employ him if he did call. Very disappointing. the first "building block" of the transaction.

+ 2 moreLou works hard for a lot of people in our neighborhood. He has a great reputation. He does everything professionally and gets right to it. He's a very happy, pleasant person when he works. He does a great job. He goes above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: He installed some crown molding and trim, bi-fold doors. He also painted the interior of my home. He installed an exterior garage door for me including the casing. He also corrected the transition from the bathroom to the hall, fixing a mistake another company had made. He also repaired some shingle damage.
