Handyman. Builder. Problem Solver. You know that door that keeps sticking, or the medicine cabinet that never stays closed. Give me a call and don't let those little annoyances bother you a moment more. From changing lightbulbs to building fences I am your go to guy. I specialize in making life easier with creative solutions that match the style and period of your home. Established in 2005, I had trouble finding anyone I was happy with for my properties, I thought, "Why am I not doing this? I can do most of the work". Since starting this adventure, Ive found that I love helping people and enjoy planning for each unique job. Finding an elegant solution for my clients that fixes their problem while saving them money ends up making both of our days. Favorite jobs have been: - Saved A client a few thousand dollars by taking the time to discover he didn't have to replace the entire heater, just fix a wiring problem. Or a lady that thought she was going to need a new water, found that her existing water heater just needed a new valve and a little TLC. - Lightbulbs and Tea: One of the bright spots of my month is checking in on my client's elderly mom and taking care of her "To Do" list. Sometimes it's changing a lightbulb or trimming back a rogue tree branch, but there is always lends itself to a good conversation and iced tea. Kenneth L. Owner Life-long builder. Family man.
