We had an addition put on our house in 2023 and the General Contractor that provided us the service did not install the roof to industry standard, the roof line was not even or had any type of smooth transition, there was an error In the trusses, the shingles were damaged and not installed to industry standard, the nails were half driven in some areas, the bathroom vent was not installed correctly or connected for ventilation or installed per code,there was no drip edge, exposed nails with no silicone, Pipe plumbing boot was wrong,we had 2 roof leaks at the tie in. They refused to fix there work. I called 4 roofing companies for Estimates to fix properly and When I called Brian he was out the same day and inspected the roof, Typed up a report within days,He was very honest and upfront with no type of sales pitch or pushy to get the job, he was the most expensive quote, but what set him apart and why I chose his Company from everyone else was his honesty and response, I had one Estimate that was 6k cheaper and Brian just came in with an aggressive straight up Vibe and I felt very comfortable. He estimated my job in September but did not correct the roof till spring because it was close to winter and he wanted to make sure it was warm enough for Shingles to acclimate and I had no problems waiting. He wanted to protect my investment and also do a good job.When his team came in This May of 2024 they were very professional and skilled at there position, it left me speechless and sleeping well at night knowing there will be no roof leaks and my roof line matches, they removed the entire roof and re sheeted and had to use special carpentry skills to match the roofline because of poor framing and truss error, Brian had to bring in a specialist Foreman to correct the roofline that specializes in errors in trusses or additions that are improperly installed. If you are looking for a Company with Integrity that are skilled and educated then this is your company hands down. The new metal roof installation was excellent. The company staff was courteous snd professional. Each day they thoroughly cleaned up. They also carried the ball with my insurance ensuring all coverage that i was due.

There are not enough stars to rate the excellence given by this company. Their complete integrity of roofing application and knowledge to mfg differences applicable to residential homes was impeccable. I highly recommend A.R.R. for any roofing. The best in my opinion, having been in the industry.
