Description of Work: Sales staff was nonresponsive. Had to chase them. Standard item selected, but had to be ordered.

Description of Work: We took two "weed eaters" in for repair service. Normal procedure is to charge a fee to see what is wrong and then apply that fee toward repair if you have the work done. They looked at the two trimmers we brought in and we discussed what we had paid for them, how old they were and their service man gave us an approximate repair cost without actually putting them in their system where they would need to charge us. This was very helpful since the value of the trimmers did not warrant the cost of repair. We decided that it made more sense to purchase a new one, which we did through their retail store. Their sales people were also very helpful
