Excellent, we found water coming up from under laminate floor, the weekend after Thanksgiving. Found plumber thru Angie's list,, called them one day and they where able to schedule me in on the next day in the morning. Tech was able to find leak within minutes and took care of problem right away, I had purchased a 2 hour service, they gave me credit on time left to take care of another water leak on main valve, also scheduled in a timely manner and repairs completed within time left.

The repairman came right as scheduled and did a great job preparing to install the new faucet. He removed the old faucet cleaned the sink surface completely, and installed the new faucet without difficulties. I was also offered a good protection plan that I deemed worthy of getting for further discounts on visits. The plan seemed very reasonable and worthy of the homeowner's time to make in inquiry about this. Clean-up went well and all underneath sink items were put back in place.

I called them and they showed up right away. I called them three times and they actually got here so I'm happy with that. They had to do some extra stuff. It was a good price.

Fantastic job. He could have easily taken me for a ride, but Angel from Mike's was very, very honest and saved me a bunch of money. He repaired the cartridges, versus replacing them or replacing the faucet. He discussed replacing the cartridges or replacing the faucet and ended up simply repairing the cartridges, saving me a minimum of $75. Many companies like this don't understand that if you save a customer money, you generate a ton of future money through repeat business & referrals. Mike's has my business for good, & I will tell plenty of people about them. I'm going to hop on facebook later & post positive reviews about them. I sure hope Angel stays with them. I have used them for electrical, but this was my first time for plumbing. Glad to have found a permanent plumber!

They were prompt and did a very fine job. I am very happy. I think I may have paid some more because I had them do more work.

All went well- what was disheartening was that the electrician mentioned that the ground that was on the hot water heater was done wrong- and we had that work done by Mike's 6 months ago!!!

I have never had a repair man offer me a coupon that saved me $25. I was shocked, but very delighted. Very good people and very professional.

They are good but expensive. I have used them a couple of times in the last 6 weeks. The price depends on what you have done, and they have an Ipad and they look up the price.

He gave us a lot of helpful information. Talked for half an hour and worked for 15 minutes. I'm not sure how much plumbers charge, so I'm not sure if we were charged correctly of not.

Very good service. Serviceman named Sergio did a great job. He did not rush through the job he was very thorough. Very respectful. He even wore shoe covers when he came in the home. He gave honest advice and did not try to sell any unnecessary services or parts.

They were prompt courteous, and had all the parts to do the jobs and were in and out in a very short time.

Very professional but overcharged for what turned out to be an easy fix.

Clog cleared. However, after running camera, realized that outside lines were getting clogged due to mineral buildup from hard water over the years. Once this was identified, we trenched outside lines, replaced them and have had no more issues.

I purchased the two hour plumbing special on Angie's List late Sunday night. This company contacted me Monday morning to arrange a time. They came out same day, even though the Angie's list scheduler (on the website) would not allow me to schedule it today. My shower had what looked to be grout in the drain, almost cement-like. Separately, my tub spout seemed to be fused to the copper piping (could not remove it without damaging the pipe. Rick and a helper showed up, cleared the drain using a snake and an emulsifier. Then took off the tub spout (it was fused from the hard water) and clipped the pipe, capping it with a different spout. They double-checked their work, made sure everything was working fine. I'm going to contact this company for some other work as well. They have an electrical guy and an A/C guy, but I have not used those services. The plumbing guys knocked everything out in less than two hours. I probably could have gotten this done for a smidge cheaper, but I really can't complain based upon the responsiveness. I wasn't expecting to get this done until later in the week.

very timely response, the electricians that came to our home were very professional, very nice and appreciated their extra help in finding some burnt out wires (or close to) for our air conditioning unit which they noticed replacing something else in the attic. My husband, who is an electrical engineer thought all the work well done and priced fairly.

Work was completed in a timely manner and the employee was very professional. The cost was fair, but high for some items. I would use this company again if I were to do extensive electrical work, but not for minor repairs.

I called Mike's for an estimate for an installation of a new residential a/c system. The office person told me that a $20 fee would be charged for the estimate. I said "Ok" because that sounds reasonable and perhaps a small fee ensures that customers are asking for an estimate in good faith, and not just wasting Mike's time. So I scheduled the time for the technician to come and make the estimate. About 20 minutes later the office person called back to say that an additional "trip fee" of $75 would be charged. I explained that I am trying to buy a new a/c system from their business and that they stand to earn a few thousand dollars and that a $75 "trip fee" is unreasonable especially since I live only about a mile away from Mike's business. The office person told me that she could not drop the fee. So I cancelled. I did e-mail Mike's the same night and asked if they really do charge $95 for an estimate for a customer who is trying to spend thousands of dollars with them...I received no reply. I have had service from Mike's in the past, and it was mostly good service...but I don't know what has gotten into them lately. Who would pay $95 for an estimate? Who does this??? The Hess and Cytech a/c companies gave me FREE estimates. And I did buy a new a/c system from one of them.

We had been having intermittent loss of electricity in a group of lights and electrical outlets covered by one of the circuit breakers but it wasn't the circuit breaker itself. Finally lost all power to those locations. The repair technician spent quite a while tracing the source of the problem (corroded wires in at least 2 outlets) and replaced them. He arrived within a couple hours of when we called (the office called us twice with updates as to anticipated arrival and scheduling) and the price was fair (less than expected) , technician was professional and problem solved. All in all, fast, fair and professional.

The company is very responsive, particularly in an emergency. They handle repairs and questions very professionally.
