Awesome work very professional

His work was great and the price was fair. My husband actually asked him if we could save money and remove all the old counter tops and sinks ourselves and he deducted from the quote. We had a couple of bumps but he was quick to rectify. For example, one sink was dropped and broke so he replaced it. He didn't know that we needed to keep the old tile for repairs and he hauled it off thinking it was trash. Lack of communication on both our parts. The worst though is that he forgot to cover anything in plastic so my entire house was full of white dust! He did pay half the cost of a professional cleaner to come in and clean so he learned a lesson there! I could have pushed it and made him pay the whole thing but half was fair to me. Overall his work was excellent and we parted in good terms so I would recommend him and I will reuse him in the future.

Javier was quick completed the project. Explained each step of the remodel. The bathroom is beautiful! I wish I could add pics to my review :)

Contact Javier for an appointment to get a quote on remodeling the shower in my parent's restroom to make it handicap accessible. He set an appointment for yesterday and never showed. My dad called him, he said he was on the way and never showed up or called back. Horrible customer service.

From start to finish the contractor was on top of everything. He was very honest and up front about materials and options and when and where to go with value over price. He made recommendations that actually saved us money and also was very transparent about things we wanted to skimp and save money on and how it was affect the overall project. When there were delays, he was very open and timely with letting us know why and what the new timeline would be. I really appreciated the option he gave us in regards to our budget. He offered to budget out specifics like the tile, fixtures, flooring, countertops and go shopping with us. He was very flexible and willing to do changes and add one with new contracts being drawn up for each. He also provided copies of all the receipts and kept us in the loop to how the project pulls were being used. We even had him price us for some custom furniture and he was able to build exactly what we wanted in solid wood in an incredibly timely manner. I only wish I had more photos on my phone of his work to post here. The table was designed, paid for, built, and delivered in 2 days.
