They did a good job and the price was fair. The only problem is, what should have taken about an hour and a half for them to put in the garage door, took quite literally all day long and is still not finished. They got here and they didn't have the right parts. They went back and got parts. They came back and they worked. They didn't have another set of parts and so they went back and didn't show back up for another two and a half hours. I called to ask what happened and they had gone off to another job and forgotten me. I had to say, 'I don't care what you do, but I am leaving here at 5:00 O'clock tonight and I need my door done.' It is still not finished. They did come back but it is still not adjusting correctly. I am sure that they will eventually get around to it. I am hesitant to even give them a letter grade at this point in time because, I am still waiting to find out when they are going to get a round to fixing it. It is just a minor adjustment that needs to be done. I am a long way from where their office is. I am 40 minutes drive from their office. I don't want them make a special trip out here because it is a minor adjustment. Taking all day long to me, was unacceptable. That shouldn't have happened. The quality of work they have done so far is actually very good. My only hesitancy is, they didn't check all the alignments before they left. I guess they were out of time because they came back in the evening but I had to leave. Their price was comparable to everybody else. I checked with other people. It was not lower, it was slightly higher. They were not on time. When they were here, they were very professional. They could have been here promptly and had all the stuff they needed with them. Not returning when they went back the second time to finish the job. They were going to come back another day and I said no, you are coming back today. I got fairly nasty with the gentleman who was their sales man. I said that they were not leaving my door unfinished, that is not cool.
