Before I could begin the complete renovation of my house, I needed construction design help to decide what was even feasible to do with the budget that I had. Getting multiple bids was a tedious process because you have to be able to specify what you want before someone will give you an estimate. Craig at ZeroDown Consulting was the only one willing to give me a cost estimate on the spot for all the ideas that I was trying to piece together, and gave me advice and even better ideas to consider as well. Once I decided to go with him as my general contractor, he continued to work with me to design and build out my completely renovated home, while always keeping my budget in mind.
