Team Enoch is a local company to Fort Worth. Every part of the process was handled very professionally. All of our questions were answered and explained. The technicians were excellent and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company.

Enoch installed 2 AC units at my house about 2 weeks ago. One of the AC units has started to tilt onto one side. When I wrote to them and sent pictures of my unit tilting, there was no response to my mail. When I called them, they sent a person to fix it. However, this person did not come in with any tools or material to fix the problem. He slid in 2 small rocks (picked from my yard) under the AC pad to level it and initially said that was the fix. I was rather shocked to see such a shoddy approach to a unit that costs thousands of dollars. When I said this fix was unacceptable, he asked if he could use some soil or brick pieces from my yard. I asked that he send someone else from the team that can provide a better fix. After he returned, there was no call from Enoch. I have called them back and still waiting for someone to take care of the problem. I will update here is the problem is resolved. Else, I would caution customers to pay close attention to their work.

Make sure that they go out to do the estimate. I told them what I needed and they missed it. I was less than $100, but they should have known that. Other companies did.

Team Enoch was the most efficient company I worked with through this process. They gave me options for the units that I would be interested in. They can get you a quote with out even coming out which increases efficiency and speed. The install was going to take more than a week and a half but Amanda worked hard for me and got it pushed to only a week and supplied me with temporary window units. The only negative reviews you’ll see are people who for some reason thought the duct work was included in the install. It’s clear in the agreement that it’s not included.

Pretty good experience. They installed the thermostats quickly and took care of seasonal scheduled maintenance at the same time. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and at a reasonable price.

The job of installing the HVAC units and heat pumps went well and the workers did a good job except that one broke a hole in my ceiling. The company sent a repairman the same day to patch. The repairman was employed full time by Team Enoch and unfortunately, the patch job leaves more than a bit to be desired. There is now a very obvious square in the center of my kitchen ceiling where the patch was made. The paint matching was not great but that did not really bother me as much as the fact that the repair is not flush with the ceiling which is an issue that remains.

Service and equipment were great, and at a great price too. Would highly recommend Enoch for your HVAC work.

Scheduling was easy b/c the service provider responded in great detail when I contacted via text (other providers either didn’t provide info regarding their company & fees until the next morning or were charging a lot more for the house call to assess the problem. Service provider was prompt, well trained, thorough, wore shoe covers and a mask inside my home, and explained in detail his findings. Installed the replacement part promptly and charged a fair & reasonable price. I recommend Team Enoch!
