I only gave them 4 stars for work quality because they had to send multiple technicians to get my system working properly. Customer service was always 5 star and we continued using Enoch for future electrical work.

Great experience all around. Great price, easy process, friendly customer service. Even provided a portable ac unit while we waited for our install date. Also came out day after installation to check issue with water heater for free.

The compressor of my AC was burnt. This company came and replaced the compressor. In three days the new compressor was burnt again. Apparently they did not figure out the problem or didn't install it correctly. I refused to pay. Now they are trying to put a lien on my house. Be careful. Stay away from this company.

He then described preventative measures for protection of my system due to the age of my home's electrical system.
