These people are either illiterate or willingly are complacent in having their employees commit crimes and violate signage of personal property. I would never be willing to hire a company that is more than happy to ignore clearly posted signs. If they aren't willing to do the bare minimum in respecting your property, one can only imagine how quickly they will take you over the coals and try to bleed you dry on a job.
Description of Work: I needed these people to read and follow the multiple no soliciting signage posted on my property.

Hired this company in April 2021. I get the supply chain is slow. I said nothing for 6 months. I reached out with several attempts and no dice. No communication or response. I thought..I def got scammed. 6 months later they show up out of nowhere, start the project while I’m at home working (and even after I already have others lined up to do the work!) now I’m getting threats to pay or else. Don’t hire these guys if you want any kind of an open line of communication with the contractor you pay and hire for work.

Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the company. However these are the facts: 1. Your initial appointment was May 24th. I don't know why you would think you hired us on April. 2. You approved our quote on July 31st, and made the initial deposit. (Again, I have no idea why you would say you hired us on April) 3. Your project was completed January 27th, as you stated due to shortage on materials. 4. On February 1st., you emailed asking for a discount after we sent you the invoice for work completed on your property. 5. After your last email we did not hear back from you, even though we send you several email reminders about your balance. 6. July 27th., and after several attempts at collecting you finally replied back threatening with leaving google reviews, BBB, and "a lot more". Your words. And you still have not paid. I hope that you understand that despite the delayed on the completion of the projection, we still honored our contract, and fulfill our end of the deal at the negotiated price, even though our material prices had increased about 40% by then. That's how much we value integrity on this company. I would ask the same of you, and that you conduct yourself with integrity and fulfill your part of the contract and pay the remainder of the balance, and stop posting false reviews. Thank you.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are anti LGBTQ and used gay slurs all the time. The procurement manager goofed off all the time and didn’t seem to be worried if materials were late or out of stock. The accounting department was the worse when it came to the slurs. You go in to make a payment and the head accountant was using gay slurs casually and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Being anti LGBTQ in 2021 is unacceptable and will take my business elsewhere!!
