Description of Work: Prompt response, Professional demeanor . . . completely missed the diagnosis. Samsung french door freezer w/n keep ice cream frozen. Temperature fluctuated between 10 and 20 degrees F in the freezer. Performed "leak check," found no leak, but assumed leak to be inside wall of the fridge. Recommended we scrap the 5 year old unit, because the repair would not be cost beneficial. Well, as soon as the Tech left, I plugged the Fridge back in and placed a thermometer in the freezer drawer . . . you guessed it . . . the freezer has been consistently between 0 and minus 10 degrees F since that time (and yes, ice cream is frozen). Total whiff, but we had already purchased a new LG french door. Now we have a Samsung beer cooler in the garage!

+ -1 more..Mr. Shook arrived promptly and within 6-8 minutes the part was installed and the dryer was working beautifully! When I reached for my check book, he told me there was no charge for his labor.
Description of Work: In August, he control panel on our dryer was not working consistently. After examining the part, Mr. Shook went the extra mile to locate the control panel for our dryer, which was nowhere to be located in the United States . He got in touch with a dealer-only supplier and let me pay directly for the part (at his cost). Through no fault of his own, it took 2 months for the part to come in, as it had to be manufactured. When the part arrived, I contacted Mr. Shook and he was able to put the part in within the next 2 days.
