+ 0 moreservice technician verified freon levels. He found the levels to be low causing the icing over the evaporator coils.
Description of Work: investigated HVAC unit for frozen evaporator coils.

+ -1 moreI deal with several contractors and vendors performing repairs to several buildings and Raven Mechanical is one of the best I deal with. Communication is very important and Raven is one of the better companies I deal with when it comes to communication. I have confidence in the service tech and trust that they are giving me the correct diagnosis to my problem. If I have any questions they take the time to show me and talk me through the issues. Quality of work is excellent, if I ever have a concern they take the time to go back and double check the work and equipment to make sure everything correct. As far as pricing is concerned I am not for sure where they are on the pricing scale but I feel for the advice they provide, quality of worked performed, reliability and service they have a fair and value price. Defiantly recommend Raven Mechanical.
Description of Work: Raven Mechanical performs repairs and maintenance on the air condition units several building I maintain for my company. Raven Mechanical is a preferred contractor/vendor.
