carpet cleaners, air duct cleaning
+ 0 moreCompany came out to clean my carpet while my husband was home. I came home from work and the carpet was VERY soaked. So, couldn't really tell right away- but as things dried I noticed that A LOT of surface marks on the carpet that were previously there are still there. Easy stains that I can get up with resolve and a washcloth. Looking further, I could see greyish markings in the main living room that simulated vacuum lines. It looked as though PCS cleaned the carpet with dirty water? Those lines were not there prior to PCS' visit. Called PCS and the guy who cleaned my carpet (they only have one guy) came out and started to blame my carpet. Said that it was too old to be cleaned. Interesting, not sure who cleans "new carpet". My home was built in 2008 and I've had older carpet cleaned before without these results. He wants to come back out and try cleaning it again. No thank you!
