PAYLESS GUTTER

I called 4 companies. One large company couldn't send anyone for an estimate for at least 2 weeks. Another did not even get back to me after I left message. Juan Tenorio from Pay-Less gutters was able to come over the next day to give me his estimate. He was very thorough and suggested additional downspouts to improve efficiency. His estimate came about the same as another company's, except that Pay-Less included the extra downspouts. I decided to go with Pay-Less. Juan asked for $200 advance payment which I thought it was reasonable. The job was scheduled in 4 weeks, but they called me after 3 weeks saying that one of his jobs was cancelled and they could install my gutters. The day of the installation, Miguel and a helper came over and performed a professional installation. The gutters look good and after a couple of rains, they appear to be performing very well. I have a lot of cedar elm trees in my property, so the challenge will be to see if the screens will be adequate to keep the gutters from clogging.

I was never told the gutters were going to stripe. I would not have gotten white gutters. it is less than one year since they are installed and they look terrible. I spent many hours perfecting my remodel and the gutters are truly a disappointment. They are SENOX gutters. Beware, ask questions. The contractor Javier Tenorio had a responsibility to make me aware of what my gutters would look like in a year and then I would have been informed to make a different gutter choice. I feel this information was omitted so he could close the deal.

Javier installed the gutters on our new home. He was very prompt and was able to accommodate my requests for rain barrels, dual color (one for the gutter and another for downspout). I had taken quotes from 2 other providers, but went with Javier even though his price was not the lowest, since he had good ratings on Angies!

Excellent except the appointment was for Saturday afternoon, and the guys showed up at 9 am Saturday morning without even calling.

Placed phone call to company and they were ready to perform work the next day. The work was started early morning and completed by noon.

Gave me the "scrap" price (a lower price if you allow them to use the extra material they have in stock - good if you plan to paint the gutters). But it turned out they had enough of the color I really wanted, and still let me have it at the lower price. The put the gutters in promptly and efficiently, they look fantastic. Waiting for a rain to test them out, but I'm sure they'll work well, as I have used this company before with good results. Highly recommend.

Wokr was great so was the service they came in low as far as price. They replace some old wood before place the new gutter in. Along with the gutter they also install guard to keep the leave out. I am very pleased with both the qualtiy of service and work. They came when they said they would and perform and completed it the same day. I have bay windows which others companies want to charge a little more.

The job done by them was fine. They did what they said they were going to do. Everything was fine. They didn’t do anything out of the ordinary and it was an average job.

The gutters are working, the rain barrels are filled -- fine job.

Prompt and on-time for both the estimate and the installation. Quality work, even hung a "Gutter Chain" we had purchased elsewhere.

I was very happy with their service and I have recommended them to all my neighbors. I thought that the price was very fair and that they were very professional. There were no surprises that came up.
