Excellent same-day service! Aaron was there when promised and stayed late to get the job done. He did great work and explained what was needed and why. I will absolutely call them again and ask for him. Pricing was fair and he explained the quote and the cost to do what was needed to get the job done right. 2024 Feb: Son and daughter-in-law discovered a leak and contacted O&M for assistance. Andrew was sent to investigate and found a pipe blockage, which he promptly resolved and made sure the toilet and tubs were functioning again. O&M has consistently provided us with affordable, reliable, professional, and friendly service, making us loyal and satisfied customers 2022 Dec: O&M came over to initially replace a toilet and discovered a pipe clog that we thought might be serious. They cleared it, set the new toilet and hauled the old one away at a reasonable cost all while being dependable, professional and friendly. We remain loyal and happy customers! 2022 June: We have been using O&M for well over 10 years now. Most recently, they replaced the toilet flapper as well as repairing the toilet flange w/ new deep brass ring and reset the toilet. Joseph came out and repaired two pipes and replaced the washer box. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and polite.

I greatly recommend O and M Plumbing. Ben fixed a leak at our previous house that a different plumber was unable to diagnosis correctly. At our current house he replaced two water heaters, fixed a leak under the sink, installed a shut off valve to separate our home water supply and sprinkler system, and put in a pressure regulator valve. He is thorough, efficient, friendly, takes the time to explain things clearly, and was very accommodating about helping with some extra items. He and his team were also very considerate about wearing face masks and shoe covers which was much appreciated. Super plumber and very nice guy.

Arrived on time. Completed job in a professional manner. Initial call to them was not returned until a couple of days later so slow response.

O & M went above and beyond to get our water heater fixed. It was an old water heater and required a special part. They ordered the part and installed it promptly as soon as it arrived.

Both times, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. They were informative and fair in their dealings with us. We will definitely be using their services any time we have plumbing needs.

They are GREAT!!! I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs. They came out first to tell us what we needed to do in order for them to perform the work. My new sinks needed a larger hole and the shower handles needed a new 2 handle shower valve. Our house is about 28 years old and our old 2 handle shower valve will not fit new handles. Once we cut the holes for the sinks and purchased the 2 handle shower valve, they went to work and installed everything. Everything works great and there are no leaks!!

O&M rocks. These guys saved us from a proposed $4000 repair from a rival company. The other company took over a week to try and diagnosis the leak and said we needed to replace our entire system for $4000. Read a review on Yelp about the other plumber, Clarke Kent, that said customer had a similar experience and that the leak turned out to be at one of the shutoff valves in the house. We called O&M who quickly diagnosed the leak at 2 of the shutoff valves in the house and repaired it within a couple of hours for $300. The new plumber says there was only one fitting under the house that showed signs of being tested with soap, all the other fittings still had dirt and dust on them indicating that they were never sprayed and tested. When the gas company came out to turn the gas back on there was an issue with our hot water heater not getting gas. O&M came right back out to the house to diagnose the problem before the inspector left to ensure we didn't loose another day without gas. Got the issue resolved and the gas back on. Awesome service!

A previous plumber incorrectly diagnosed a leak and recommended a $4,000 solution. At the recommendation of a friend, I emailed O & M plumbing on a Saturday, describing the issue and that I wanted a second opinion. Ben emailed me back that day, offering to come out Monday morning at 8 am to look at it. He showed up Monday morning at 7:59 (great start so far). With just a little bit of effort, they were able to accurately diagnose the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost to fix it (650 plus materials), said they could start the next morning at 8 am, and it would take about 4 hours. Around 7:55 am the next morning I peak out the front door and see their truck parked in the street. Right at 8 am they started carrying tools inside to get started. They also took care to cover up the furniture in the room with a tarp (since they were chipping away concrete in a bedroom). They were done right around noon. Throughout my interaction with O & M, I felt they were incredibly sincere and genuine. At no point did I feel like they were trying to get more money out of me or trying to cut corners. If I ever need a plumber again, they will be the first company I call.

It went great. The owner Ben came out personally to do the work along side his technicians. They were clean and didn't cause any damage to existing fixtures in my mobile kitchen. This is hard to avoid when you know how tiny and small a mobile kitchen really is. They had everything with them to do the work and completed the job on time as they promised.

We had our foundation repaired and Oand M Plumbing came out to do the hydrostatic test. The test confirmed the drain did not hold water, and they went to work immediately trying to find the leaks. Three days later with lots of jackhammer work, they found all three leaks. One leak had been in the home for many years, but two were from the foundation fix. Everyone who came to work on the house over the three days were punctual, professional, and did fabulous work. I was on a tight deadline, and the owner, Ben, came in to fix my house the day he got back from his honeymoon. I realized I didn't have their phone number after the first day, but I didn't need to worry because they were always where they said they would be even before the time asked. Oand M Plumbing made every effort to accomodate my schedule and minimize further damage to the interior floors. They tunned outside so I didn't have an additional tile to repair Identifying drain leaks is a time consuming process, and takes a real problem solving attitude. I highly recommend Oand M Plumbing for hydrostatic leaks and repairs.

Ben and Jason both came out to perform these jobs during a couple visits. It has been a while so I may not be exact on the price. However, we were so pleased with them, that I wanted to write a review. They were one of the only companies in Austin that could get our stove converted! It was ridiculous how many companies I called before coming across these guys. We had to reorder another part (because I was told the wrong thing by the company) and have these guys come back a second time. They didn't complain or overcharge. We were very pleased with them and happy to call again when we needed additional plumbing work. They are professional and took their time to get it right. Even though the job took longer than expected, they didn't charge us any more than what they initially stated. We are getting ready to move into a new home and plan to call them again to put in another RO system.
