My Pfamily Plumber

Found my water heater leaking late one afternoon. As I started searching through Angie's List trying to find a plumber it was getting close to 5 o'clock on a Tuesday. Found my family fPlumbing along with a couple of others that all had good reviews. Where everybody else wanted to charge overtime prices to come out and look at it that day Alan with my family fPlumbing said he could come by after he finished the job he was on and take a look for no charge. After talking with him I realized he was the perfect person to do the repair. He's been in business for about 20 years and you could tell he was very passionate and dedicated to his work. He gave me a fair estimate and honored the senior discount noted on his website. He made arrangements to drop off the water heater the next day and came by later that afternoon to replace the water heater. Both he and Fred did an excellent job and had no problems with me being nosy about the insulation and asking questions. I prefer using the independent companies for repairs versus the big box chain type companies. I find you get better service. Not to mention your supporting the small independent companies in our community. Would definitely use him again 4 plumbing and water heater repair.

Alan came on time and finished the job quickly. He is honest - the work turned out to be easier than initially thought and so he charged correspondingly less. Finally, he stuck around until we validated that everything inside was indeed working correctly. My experience with good honest plumbers is limited and Alan is a worthy addition to that list.

Alan at MPP was great, not only did he get the job done quick he also explained the maintenance schedule for the new heater which I was never aware of before. Called Alan around 9 this morning to fix some plumbing issues my husband and I have been procrastinating on. Alan was quick to respond, and replaced our outdoor faucet before 11am! So much better than the 8+ hours it would have taken us to figure it out...and he gave us a solution for another issue that turned out to be a roof leak. His prices were very reasonable, especially the diagnostic fee (which was applied towards the repair). Highly recommend!

My Pfamily Plumber will be the only plumber that I will call. Alan is very professional and very courteous. He is punctual and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. He is very respectful of your home and that is something that I greatly appreciated, he doesn’t leave a mess behind and he makes sure to leave the work area picked up and cleaned when he is done.
