M & P XERISCAPING

We still use them, he did the landscaping, he'll come and talk with you about it. He's great and he give ma an honest opinion.

M and P Xeriscaping is an excellent landscape service. They are knowledgable about lawn and plant care, They work closely with the customer to provide what the customer asks for. They listen to you. They gave good advice about caring for the new grass and stopped back several times to check on how things were going. I highly recommend M and P Xeriscaping for large and small landscaping jobs.

They were very punctual in retuning my inquiry for services. They came out on a Sunday to look at the property and then I didn't hear from them again. So I sent a second email because some of the providers we talked to said they had problems receiving the email via angies list. He called me back and said he lost my information and he thinks he remembers enought to put together an estimate. When I received the estimate it was very low which normally would be a positive thing however I was afraid that we would start getting hit with other charges as the work started to take more time then he remembered it would.

Very easy to work with. Listened well to our concerns/preferences. We have hired him for ongoing maintenance and to add some additional plants once the weather cools down. We didn't want anything real fancy or elaborate and the basic landscape was already there, but didn't look quite and quot;finishedand quot;. So he just added boarders to existing decomposed granite yard and beds. The street curb had an awkward slope that people slipped on when cutting across the yard. So he put in boulders and rocks along the front of the yard to funnel people to a new step down to the street that he made. We were very satisfied with the final appearance. No delays or surprises with cost or timing.

My husband and I are considering some major lawn changes after last year's draught. We contacted Mand P for a consultation. Mike arrived on time, was casual and at ease. He had a number of suggestions, of which very few interested me. When I said that I was not sure I wanted to pursue the measures he was describing, he just went into more detail about it. By the end of the visit, I knew we would not be hiring M and P, because I felt like I would end up with whatever yard he wanted to put in, not with what I wanted. However, he was very professional, obviously enjoys what he does, and had lots of good information.

We spent a couple of thousand dollars for the landscaping and we pay $28 a week for the maintenance. They are very reliable and do very good work. The prices are very good for what they do.
