I would give them an A overall.

Dan showed up on time. Got right to the job. Was very nice man, felt very comfortable with him in our home, and he did a great job. Even took old lighting and boxes out to the trash for me. I am very happy with his work and will be contacting him for all our handyman needs.

Gold star in the middle of the forehead. He hung them and then confirmed how low I wanted them. Took a couple hours to complete the work as there was quite a lot of packaging to go through, assembly and wiring, not to mention hanging. He was on time, skilled, and cleaned up beautiful. Would recommend him any time.

He did it all by himself in a timely and neat manner...very efficient and helpful.

I think this handyman did a really great job. He repaired or replaced everything that needed any kind of work. He is a very honest person and the quality of his work is neat. I had no problems or reason to complain about him. The price of the whole work was very competitive. I give him really good ratings because he did a great work.

Dan gave me an estimate in the morning and was able to do the job that same afternoon. He was very professional and did a great job.

I was so relieved to talk to Dan. I'd spent a month and a half searching for a company that could look at the attic vent system, figure out what was wrong with it, and fix it. I called electricians, other handymen, HVAC companies, Home Depot, and Sears, to no avail. Finally, a HVAC company (Strand) rep told me they hire Dan for "everything" outside the realm of what the company does. I hesitated, as I'd been chasing dead-end referrals; but I called, and he enthusiastically said, "Yeah, I do that kind of stuff!" He went into detail about different scenarios possibly causing the failure, things he might need to do to fix it, and it was music to my ears. We set an appointment. He showed up on time, evaluated the situation, and had to buy a part; but he was enthusiastic throughout. The attic vent system works again!
