Description of Work: Was very happy with the technician Ian who came to install. He worked till late at night but was very impressed by his professionalism. Didnt complain and was very patient in explaining the set up. Only down side I felt was that I had to call a few times to ensure that installation takes place on the scheduled date (I had taken off to make myself available during the window given). Overall very happy with the service and particularly installation.
