I was pleasantly surprised as to how quick and easy this process was. I bought a fixer upper house in that had been vandalized in the past so I wanted to make sure I had a good security system in place to complement my dogs! After doing some research online I called up Dyezz Surveillance and they had me fixed up in no time. They were there on-time and completed the work very quickly. I can't believe it was as easy as it was. I now have window switches, motions sensors and cameras. Now I can rest assured that my home is protected and I can sit back and relax. They were cost effective (way more so than the others I talked to), prompt, friendly and VERY easy to work with. I highly recommend!

I telephoned the Dyezz Monitoring and Surveillance Austin Office. I informed Sonia I was experiencing problems with home alarm and Surveillance Monitor. I was promptly transferred to a technician who discussed my concerns. A home visit was immediately scheduled to assess and provide service for each complaint. Lawrence came our home to assess the Home Alarm System. Chance made one home visit to access the Alarm System and the Monitoring and Surveillance equipment and another home visit to replace my Surveillance Monitor, but he arrived the monitor was working properly. Lawrence and Chance were very kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Each Technician provided in-service and demonstrations and return demonstrations on how I should appropriately observe functions of the equipment and how to operate equipment effectively. I have been a very satisfied custom of Dyezz Surveillance and Security, Inc. for several years. Services received are always prompt, professional, reliable and caring. Their strongest attributes include: 1. Reasonable costs for equipment, installation of equipment, monthly monitoring system and cost of on-site visits. 2. I've used Dyezz for years and they are great. The owner is one of the nicest, most honest guys around as well. I have used them for multiple businesses as well as my home. They have state of the art technology and their customer service is incredible. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for any type of security needs.

Excellent customer service and I am picky so I don't say that often. The technician had a great deal of experience and knowledge plus he was patient with me when I had questions. But even more important than that was his work ethic and commitment to making sure the details were done right instead of cutting corners. He took the time to check and recheck and then he made sure I understood how everything worked and felt comfortable with all of the features. A+++

Wes, the sales person, answered all my questions as I need details before I decided to use them for my home security. Lawrence the tech person was on time and did a great job on installing and explaining their system. John Dyezz, the owner, has treated me like I was his mother even though I have never met him in person. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend them for your security needs.

Outstanding service experience. Once the service was scheduled on available date and time, service rep was very punctual and profession to perform the work. Old equipment was removed and new sensors were installed within two hours. I would recommend Dyezz Surveillance for all home security needs.

Excellent. Very professional and competent. Dyezz specialists understand what's needed. Previously we used a security co. that never finished projects and installed products that never worked right. We are so happy to have found Dyezz. They are an established co. that cares about their reputation so they care about service.

Very good. Chance allowed me to get the TV and prior to installing it test it to make sure it works. Once we installed the TV I set up the appt. to run the cable.

I tried to cancel my monitoring with this company. They refused to give me the information required to have another provider monitor my system (that I paid for).

Three or four contact sensors were relocated, a motion detector sensitivity was reset, another motion sensor was completely replaced. A new keypad was added, along with an audible alarm so that those inside could be sure an alarm detection was being reported to their dispatchers station. They have followed up with us from time to time to be sure that all is working properly. We receive periodical newsletters and other pieces of useful advice or tips for better security service. They did everything that we expected from them, and a little more.

Dyezz provided outdoor cameras as well as signs stating that cameras are watching 24/7. The installation, materials and cameras inside and outside were all donated! AND the work was done quickly and done well! An ACT OF KINDNESS PASSED ON!

We had problems with the system almost from the start. The tech people would talk us through the problems and say that should take care of it. The problems still remained; the system interferred with the TV, phone and computers. They sent another tech out to check out the problems. The problems were still occurring. We finally had the system uninstalled.

Good communication skills from the time we contacted them to do the work until completed. They were professional and thorough.Dyezz did an excellent job, provided exactly what we asked for and we would definitely use them again.

Entire experience was satisfactory. I called the office and got a date and time. The technician arrived and quickly idenified and repaired the defective sensor.

I give them a big C, or fair, on the second day of the install I received a call one hour before they were scheduled to be here that they could not make it. This was a big problem, this install was being done at night when we are closed, and I could not have been more specific about my availability, I was told this was not a problem. I totally understand having to reschedule, but one hour before, not knowing that you can not be here until one hour before I found unacceptable. The installers were great, and very professional. The first night we had to pull cable for 12 cameras thru the attic of a 10000 sq foot building, and they sent one guy. I worked with him until midnight, and by worked with him, I mean I crawled thru the attic, I pulled the wire, I drilled holes etc... Did I mind, no. However, it was a two man job, and leaving one guy brought the efficiency way down. The second night, two guys showed and we all rocked and got it finished. The other reason I give Dyezz a big C is that once they install something, it's the last you see of them. Do they teach you how to use the equipment, no. In fact when I asked Josh the sales rep. about having someone to teach me how to use and view with the recorder, his response was, didn't they drop off the manual? Yes Josh they dropped off the manual, but 15 minutes with a qualified rep is still needed after thumbing thru the manual for the past three weeks. All in all, the equipment is good, the install was fine, but the overall all experience of dealing with Dyezz is fair at best. Oh yea, also, if you call and you have a question regarding your newly installed system, don't expect a return call, in fact, don't even expect that your message will get to the right person. I found that super frustrating. Let's say you are calling for the IT guys because you want the system to work on your network, which is what I was doing, it took two days to get the message to them, once they called I think after my fifth call, they were super helpful and they hooked me right up. I recommend shopping around.
