+ -1 moreUsed Tim based on a handful of other recommendations in Angie's List and am glad I did. The price for his service is more than fair, I actually paid him $50 over his quote of $250 due to the quality of his job. I would use him again without hesitation.

+ -1 moreTim returned our calls quickly and was very punctual to make the estimate and do the job. He applied siding cleaner and was meticulous with the details. He made a good impression with his work. We'll have him come again to paint the door's exterior when the weather is warmer.
Description of Work: Power-washed our house's vinyl siding. Got rid of all the dirt and green stuff; now the house is looking great.

+ 1 moreTom arrived promptly to give me an estimate. After approval, he arrived the next day with a helper and began the demolition of the bad wood area. He gave me a written proposal, and notified me when some additional had to be done due to unforeseen termite damage. He was extremely polite, and kept the work area very neat, each day, and after the final cleanup. He was a real perfectionist in making sure the joints were neat and that everything matched up to the existing portions of the house. I would definitely use him again. He said that he prefers to do exterior work.
Description of Work: Tom removed rotted wood and moldings on our exterior. He then power washed all of the surrounding area so that the new paint would blend in with the old. He rebuilt the wood sections, caulked well, and repainted by hand all of the area with two coats of paint. He cleaned up very carefully after each days work and at the end and carried off any debris that was created.
