 + 0 moreCarl checked what he thought could be wrong with my unit and explained steps as he worked. He corrected work on the condensate line that previous "repairman" had set up. He checked for leaks on coils and the condenser and then cleaned the condenser. Later, he phoned to ask if the unit was working properly.
Description of Work: Checked coils for leaks. Installed condensate shut-off; re-plumbed condensate lines. Cleaned condenser. Added freon. Checked condenser for leaks.

 + -1 moreHe does things quite often. He is very knowledgeable and very good. He is just an honest worker. He doesn't believe in gathering the customers. He is very conscientious about money and he is usually well below of all the HVAC people. He is very polite and very courteous. It is not all about the dollar with him; it is about putting the customer first.
