+ -1 moreAC stopped cooling on Sunday. Called them and dispatch said Raymond was on call. About an hour later Raymond called and nicely advises they don't do service calls on Sunday. I have no problem with that but wonder what was the point of taking my number?

+ -1 moreWhen you live in the suburbs, it can be difficult finding a company to service your home with out charging an arm and a leg for mileage. I think Big Tex charges us a reasonable rate for the labor, parts and mileage. They are always pleasant when they are in our home.
Description of Work: Big Tex comes out and changes the filters on our 2 air conditioning units every 6 months.

+ -1 moreVERY POLITE, DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO KEEP A/C WORKING GOOD THROUGH OUT THE SUMMER SEASON.
Description of Work: HE CLEANED VENTS AND ADJUSTED THERMOSTAT. CHECKED PILOT LIGHT FOR HEATER ALSO.
