Austin All Roof

Jessie and Ken are very unprofessional and manipulative salesman. Austin All Roof took advantage of us not being familiar with roof contracts and separated our roof job into two parts and then refused to complete the "smaller" part because they wouldn't make as much money, I am presuming. There is still currently a hole in the roof and they refused to finish the job until September (6 months from now).

It couldn't have been worse. Jesse was referred to me by my realtor to prepare my home for sale. As a newly single mom of two toddlers, I trusted her recommendation. I was assured he was sympathetic to my situation going through a divorce after a traumatic family situation. Jesse was late and missed several appointments to come see my home for a list of repairs. When he finally arrived, he said he could help me out with my list of repairs and that his son had a landscaping business to do some basic yard cleanup. I left my home a few weeks later to take my kids to stay with my sister out of state. Jesse never provided a written estimate as promised and left it to my realtor to give me a verbal estimate over the phone. I was told I better move forward with it in order to sell my home quickly. Although I was promised a proper contract, none was ever provided. Jesse did not return my calls or text messages while doing the work, and refused to send the photos promised. When he did finally call, it was to say he was finished, that they needed to use my lawnmower, ask if he could take some of my personal property for his crew who could not afford furniture and to say he had removed my Cedar playscape without permission, which was less than two years old. I expressed my dissatisfaction that he wouldn't at least ask me first, at which point his text messages became verbally abusive. To add further insult, he submitted a bill for $9,000 directly to the title company without my approval for work that was not contracted or completed. I arrived at my home to retrieve the last of my furniture to find that the bulk of the work he was supposed to complete had not been done, and the little bit that had been done was of embarrassingly poor workmanship. There were also additional items missing from my home totaling approximately $2,500. In all, this experience has cost me over $10,000 and terrible stress. I will now be forced to take legal action against this business to try to recover the I'll gotten gains they took at the expense of my family during an already difficult transitional point in our lives. Stay far away from this business.

Jesse was AMAZING! He gave us a great deal and was on call when we had several days of rain delaying us. He was able to get the roof in so we could avoid a delay. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to everyone!

Everything went well. I was nervous but the owner made me feel calm and made sure I understood the entire process. I highly recommend them.

Austin All Roof was very professional from the moment they came over to give me my quote til they finished. The sales guy Dustin was very knowledgeable about everything answering all of my questions that came up. He actually climbed on the roof to do a thorough inspection . Took pictures to show me what my roof actually looked like. It was worse than I thought! When contruction began the crew was proffessional, clean and very polite. It was a smooth and fast processe. I am VERY HAPPY with our new roof!

Jesse was very helpful with the timing of the project. I was dealing with Esurance. The work was started and finished in a couple of days. Jesse visited the site each day. His team was very respectful of my home and property. Always punctual and worked hard. The roof looks wonderful, the insurance company is happy, I am happy with the work and the warranty. I would recommend Austin All Roof without hesitation.

When I called to make the appointment the owner said he was no longer participating in the deal & that I should contact Angie's List for a refund but he would charge the same price if I paid him directly. Came out right away inspected & replaced a few flashing areas but never found the hole where the squirrels were getting in. I had to call another company out to repair at a later date. This company then billed me & Angie's List refused to give a refund as he was fully active & never notified them to remove the listing deal. In the end, the company withdrew their invoice seeking payment & took the Angie's coupon, but it was not what I expected out of a professional business

The service representative diagnosed the problem and promptly (and speedily) fixed it! It was incredibly easy to get in touch with Jesse to make the appointment and answer any and all questions that I had. He also responded very quickly to email as well as phone calls. I would definitely recommend their services!

I called Austin All Roof to get my roof replaced and on the same day Jesse S. came out to give me a detailed estimate. Jesse S. is a quality professional and very personable. The price was reasonable based in comparison with other roofing companies and within days of meeting with Jesse S. someone was at my home working on the roof. Austin All Roof did an excellent job on my roof and I was very impressed with how professional everyone at this company was! I would recommend them to everyone I know.

excellent experience. from start to completion supervisor was on site daily checking on and working with crew. provided details of what was expected and stages of job to completion. explained all steps of job. went above and beyond to keep me informed and took extra steps to repair places that needed extra attention until job was completed and it was done so in a timely manner. I highly recommend and will use again.
