+ -1 moreChad returned my initial call within an hour and got me on the schedule quickly. He came out to do the and quot;test inand quot; and was able to physically show me where the exterior of my house was leaking. He also showed me exactly how he is able to compute the leakage in the ductwork. I felt comfortable with the way he explained everything and proceeded to hire him to do the recommended work. He and his team were on time to do the job. They finished a little quicker than they said they would and cleaned up sufficiently. I was thoroughly impressed with the results and would recommend them to anyone that is trying to save money on their electricity bills.
Description of Work: The owner (Chad) performed a duct leakage test and a blower door test to identify the problem leakage areas in my house and ductwork. He also looked at the insulation, weather stripping and plumbing penetrations. He and his team sealed the ductwork and plumbing penetrations. The upstairs duct leakage was lowered from 23% to 9%, the downstairs was lowered from 18% to 11%.Wow! I can't wait to see my bills next month (and I don't say that very often)!!
