 + -1 moreIt's weird to say "I had a regular locksmith", but I did. He retired. And recently, a lock I had broke and got stuck locked. I was referred to A&E by my former locksmith. They were communicative and polite. I expected to have to replace the lock, but it was able to be repaired/rebuilt and I was assured the problem shouldn't happen again. I also got key copies made. All in all, I'm happy with the service and think I have a new locksmith :-).
