+ -1 moreWe were very pleased. Lawrence listened to us, correctly diagnosed the problem and designed and installed a new duct system. The work was done professionally in a timely manner and everything has worked as expected.
Description of Work: Air ducts had been hand made, were poorly done and were leaking badly. Air flow to master bedroom, bath and office was very limited and rooms were uncomfortably hot in the summer. Several years ago we had a contractor work on the problem and they made the problem worse. We had begun to wonder if the problem would ever be fixed satisfactoraly 7-Star and our renovation contractor tore our most of the sub floor upstairs, tore out the existing duct and completely redid the duct to the living room, master bedroom, master bath and office. The also moved the thermostat upstairs. Our A/C has never worked so well! The upstairs master suite and the downstairs rooms are all comfortable and our beating/cooling bills have gone down.
