They came to the house just to check if we needed to pump, and our tank was incredibly full. They were quick and explained every step through the process. They took the time to spray the old paper to make sure it was completely cleaned out. Our house is pretty old, so we even had them come install a riser in order to have better access to our tank. They were excellent!

James was very punctual, professional and courteous. He educated me on how my septic system works and gave me advice on how to keep it working properly. I am hiring him to replace some risers/lids and the actual pump which is not running well.

James was very knowledgeable. I was quoted a price for cleaning my tanks and replacing the pump. They kept to the quote. The power outlet needed to be replaced and they did that at a fair price. They need to replace the alarm float but didn't have one available. I am waiting for them to return to perform the work to install it. I would and will recommend them to others.

Super helpful and friendly. My builder explained nothing about my septic system to me when I purchased my home. When I called 24/7 Septic, not only did they come out the same day, but also spent a large amount of time teaching me about the maintenance for my system and how to address and prevent any issues with it.

We had a major back up on a Saturday (of course). We contacted a business recommended by our realtor but he couldn't get out until Thursday morning. We could not wait because the toilets were leaking onto our concrete floors and this was an emergency situation. So, I went onto HomeAdvisor Monday and entered our needs and I immediately got a call from James at 24/7 Septic who said they could come out Tuesday morning. Yay! A technician arrived promptly on time. He did pump the septic but then told me the leach fields needed to be jetted or else we would be have the same back up issues within 7-10 days, at a cost of $725 per field. We have six leach fields. Because we have a new baby in the house and I know nothing about septic systems and my husband was on an airplane flying to Texas, I didn't know what else to do but have him do the work. When I texted the original company (who was scheduled to come out on Thursday) to cancel because we were able to get someone out earlier, his reply was "there are some bad pumpers out there". Um, what? So I told him what 24/7 did (I did not mention the company) and I did use the wrong word for the jetting, he told me ;theres no such thing. That was when I panicked and stopped payment on the check I had written. James, from 24/7 and I reached an agreed on amount for the pumping and the jetting. But, I still don't know if this is a legit service they performed or if I got royally ripped off. James was very understanding and explained everything they did but the cost ended up being ten times what I expected to pay. I should have just had them do the pumping and not the jetting until I could have consulted my husband so I do accept responsibility for the situation. But because we were in such a dire situation, I wasn't thinking clearly.
