Really did a nice job and explained everything, helped us understand what's important to know going forward. Good work at a fair price. They do not do required inspections but apparently will be certified to do that very soon. When that happens, we're signing up.

I called James on a Saturday because my aerobic system alarm came on and wasn t pumping the water out. When James answered he was in San Marcus immediately started heading my way which is in Timberwood Park. JAMES arrived in a timely manner Assessed the situation. And fix the problem at a reasonable price. JAMES fixed my pump and pumped out my slug tank and also cleaned it. He also told me the model of my pump and why it kept doing what it was doing. That way I could do it myself and save some money. So I highly recommend JAMES for any of your aerobic system needs. For an emergency call, pumping out my sludge tank and fixing the problem on a Saturday in a timely manner. It was 575 so I feel that was very reasonable.

This appears to be a great company that is family owned. James and his brother-n-law worked extra hard to earn our business. They had to dig out more dirt to find the lid to our septic. They never complained. They explained everything they were doing. They offered suggestions to help keep our system cleaned out between pumping. Septic Solutions was willing to come out in the middle of the night on a Sunday and assist with my septic tank, which was extremely blocked up with paper. I will recommend their service to any who has a septic system.

They back up the service behind their name 24/7.. this man made a trip after dark to pump my tank, explained my problem with options of ways to correct them.... if I had the option to rate them a ten star I would have!
