They called me right away. Called me to let me know they were on their way. Explained what they were doing and gave me advise that no one else ever told me. They are my go to company from now on.

They came and couldn't find the septic charged me for a service call. Then I called them back, my brother in law dug up where the septic was. He did all the labor on that, 24/7 sucked out the septic, but was blocked in the line, I then had to go borrow the tools from my brother in law for the guy to use to clear the line. He did cover the septic up. My point is seeing this company twice and getting charged for 2 service calls along with what my brother in law furnished and charged over $800.00 was way too much. But I had to have it done. Mind you the young man was very polite. No want use again.

Our technician took the time to educate us about different situations that may arise to cause problems in our septic system. Apparently we were just in time getting it pumped out before we had complications.

I hired this company through your recommendation and what a terrible experience.first off, they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to and we rescheduled. then I was quoted a price of $425.00 which I thought was a little high but went with them anyway.when they were through I was handed a bill for $500.00 I asked why the increase and the worker said all he knew was he had to bring back $500.00 I paid it so as not to get the worker in trouble and decided to call the owner.he went round and round about some excuse and finally said he would mail me the 75.00 we have gone back and forth about his secretary mailing it and instead he would just bring it by.well after several days of adjusting my schedule waiting ,I realized he was never going to refund me the extra money he charged.soi give up .this is a terrible company and if this is the kind of people you refer, then I need to let everyone know.social media is a great tool for these kind of screwings and I would think you would screen your companies better before referring them

Had other companies try and locate our septic tank to pump but they could not find it. 24/7 found it within minutes and had it cleaned out in no time. Great Job!!!

He told us that it should have been pumped out previously and that the floats were not operating properly. The septic inspection company we had for 5 years never looked at the floats. Even tho he had an issue with his truck he still came the same day and performed the service. We will hire him in the future and regularly for inspection next year.

They came out on Thanksgiving to take care of my septic issue. They were very professional and Shawn gave me great information and maintenance advise.
