Description of Work: Construction took longer than I expected but most of the delay was due to weather and a very strict architectural approval board in my development. I think that Marty did all he could to expedite things. I moved in in July, 2015 and since then, he's been very responsive to my requests for repairs on the few little things that arise with any new house. Overall, he did a terrific job and I'm very happy with my house.
