Not only is he in your corner to help you negotiate the best deal on buying a home, he is experienced, honest, courteous, prompt and always there to help for inspections and meetings. I will plan to use James if I need a realtor again, and I would recommend him to others without hesitation.
Description of Work: James was my EBA (Exclusive Buyer Agent) realtor that helped me purchase my new home.

+ -1 moreMy wife and I were first-time home buyers and we worked with James Potenza for his buyer's agent services. James was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He showed us numerous homes and was sure to point out the good and bad aspects of each. He even discouraged us from buying one home due to apparent foundation issues that we did not even notice. He wanted to ensure that we would be happy with our home purchase long-term. We would definitely use his services again and have recommended him to our friends and family.
