Mike & Pedro were awesome! They called ahead of time to say they were on their way, arrived exactly when they said they would, were extremely polite and took great care to not bring any dirt inside. They suited up into jumpsuits and placed plastic booties over their shoes, every time they came in after being outside. Although this was a "Super Deal" already paid for through Angie's List, Mike was the one to discover the problem in the living room vent. Very politely, he brought it to my attention, and explained that cleaning the rest of the system wouldn't do any good, as this would only allow a greater chance of further contamination, and it was just isolated to this one vent for now. I also knew this was not in any way good for my health, as I already suffer from allergies. As you can imagine, this meant more money, but, because it was such a surprise, and I had already paid in advance, Mike was able to make me a great deal, and he & Pedro went ahead and proceeded, and were done in about an hour. I could immediately tell a difference in the air quality in my home - it was a fresh, clean smell, and the air didn't seem so heavy. Thank you Guys!

The work went as promised. They did a full clean of the ducts and plenum including removing the grills and cleaning them. They also patched multiple leaks in the ducts at no cost.

Michael was great. I was very impressed with his honesty. I seriously thought I needed the Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning however, after Michael examined all the vents and determined that they really did not need cleaning at this time. He did suggest to consider the Sanitize/Deodorize/Anti-Bacteria Service. I trusted his judgement and did have that service done. Also, he did find a problem with my A/C unit and he suggested that I have looked into. Luckily I already A/C service scheduled. Also, he took pictures and texted them to me to show the A/C Service company. I would certainty use Service Express again and would highly recommend them to others.

They charged an extra fee to do some "sealing" of ducts. My HVAC man said I didn't need this done. They were clean, nice work.

Tonya sent us an email reminder of the service the same date we purchased from Angie's list. She explained what the service entailed and helped finalize the service date. She was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the service rendered by Mike and his assistant. He took the time to explain what he will be doing and the walked us thru the inspection process and his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and we were very impressed. Would definitely hire again (and request for Mike). Will definitely recommend to others.

Michael and Yusuf were extremely professional. Michael came and provided an estimate on what was needed. The ducts had never been cleaned and dates back to 1991. They were extremely flexible working with me as my home has cats and dogs. I noticed an immediate difference once they were completed. They showed me pictures of the before and after work and took pictures during the estimate.

Paid for a cleaning on Angie's list and was convinced to 'upgrade' to a 'restoration'. They did work their tails off, but the wiring was installed in a way that violated electrical code, and the UV lights were priced at about 4x what they cost elsewhere. After having the work performed I contacted several other firms who quoted me almost half of what I paid. Don't get caught up in the fear. Get plenty of quotes before buying one of these 'deals' online.

I had an air leak problem in a skylight that was enabling fungus growth around the base of the skylight and in the nearby hvac closet. The growth had also gotten significantly worse in the plenum above the hvac. Service Express was the most responsive and best reviewed place that could help me out quickly. They gave a thorough up-front inspection and walkthrough of my issues and their recommendations and worked with me on the price as much as they could. Based on other reviews the final price seemed reasonable for this type of work. They completely cleaned all ducts leading to the HVAC unit, in a systemmatic method to minimize risk of anything escaping, depsite my odd duct work running through a 2 story condominium (converted from apartments many many years ago). They also helped to kill/sanitize all of the fungus in the plenum (tough to access through nearby vents, and clean as much as possible. Then sprayed oil based primer (NOT Water) to seal up any remaining stains from the fungus, and finally fogged the entire system to sanitize once more! I was quite happy with the prompt help, squeezing me in their schedule, up-front discussion of the issue and estimate, and quick work to get it done as quickly as possible. Thanks Service Express!

Mike came to the house and determined the ducts were clean and service wasn't needed. He shared other available services like UV lights (much cheaper than others, by the way). Ultimately h said we didn't need the cleaning and to get the refund through the Angie's list purchase. That is what you call a truly honest company and I am very pleased.

Mike and his team were exceptional! He explained everything in detail and made recommendations on what should be taken care of that day or in the very near future as well as what could wait. Though I didn't get multiple bids, the price "felt" right and they did a fantastic job. I looked at the areas of concern and could clearly see the issues he was pointing out. I would strongly recommend Mike and team to everyone. Just stop looking and call Mike!
