The quality of the product was good. The installation was alright. They didn't really cleaned up well after we talked. I will recommend the product to them but I will also talk to them that the workers might not be the most professional. They were disrespectful.

I can't say enough good things about this company from sales to service. Their installation team is the hardest working group I have ever had doing work on my house. This is a 3 story house so it was not an easy job. They have an attention to detail and quality work that I have not seen in a long time. The shutters look great and work very well! Thanks Rollac!

We had a great experience dealing with Rollac Shutters. We found their offer to be competitive with the other companies that we interviewed, and liked the fact that Rollac Shutters has its manufacturing site in our community. We like to patronize local companies when possible. Prior to signing a contract with Rollac Shutters, we met with the owner and some of the staff, and found them to be professional and knowledgable. Our experience with the installation crew was the same. We were initially hesitant to select this vendor due to a negative review on Angie's List. As a result, we decided to have Rollac Shutters initially install only one roller shutter over our largest window. We were very pleased with the installation and the final product. After using our first roller shutter for a while we became convinced of its reliability. As a result, we contracted Rollac Shutters to install motorized rolling shutters over our remaining unprotected windows. Our experience was again very positive. Addressing the previous negative review for this company, in our case an electrician or other professional outside of Rollac Shutters' installation crew was not required. Also, we felt that the installation crew worked diligently. The installation over multiple windows took about 3.5 days for our house and the options we selected. Given the number of windows involved, the amount of work required, and the total cost involved, we felt this amount of time was reasonable. We have had prior experience with other contractors rushing to finish a job, and were very glad to see Rollac Shutters taking the time to install their product correctly. After using motorized rolling shutters from Rollac for several months, we gladly recommend this company to anyone needing hurricane protection for their home.

Appointment for final design was on calendar for one month. They were supposed to come at 1:00 p.m. -- their office manager called and said they were on their way at 9:00 a.m. Office manager was rude, but we insisted that the appointment be kept for 1:00 p.m. Scheduled installation for month in advance. They did not show up for first day of appointment with no phone call -- we waited from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at location of installation. The crew showed up at location on second day of installation; we were not informed that our electrician needed to be onsite for information on setting up controls; crew took 2 1/2 hour lunch. Needed to return to location on Saturday so that job could be completed.
